Claims (11)
- 製鋼用アーク炉(10)の稼働中に電極材料の消耗量を決定するための方法であって、
計量デバイス(42)によって、前記アーク炉(10)内部に配置された及び前記アーク炉内に導入される少なくとも一つの電極柱(12)の重量を決定することを備え、
前記少なくとも一つの電極柱(12)の重量が所望の期間において決定される、方法。 - 前記少なくとも一つの電極柱(12)の重量が自動的に決定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つの電極柱(12)の重量が前記アーク炉(10)の溶融工程期間の前及び後において決定されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記重量が、前記アーク炉(10)を備えたシステムの操作デバイス(18、32)に組み込まれた計量デバイス(42)によって決定され、
前記計量デバイス(42)が保持デバイス(18)に組み込まれ、前記保持デバイス(18)によって、前記電極柱(12)が前記アーク炉(10)の稼働中に適所に保持されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも一つの歪みゲージ(44)、少なくとも一つの力変換器、及び/又は、前記電極柱(12)用の保持デバイス(18)を調節するための液圧システムに配置された少なくとも一つの圧力測定素子を用いて、前記少なくとも一つの電極柱(12)の重量が決定されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 製鋼用アーク炉(10)の稼働中に電極材料の消耗量を決定するための装置であって、
前記アーク炉(10)内に配置された及び前記アーク炉(10)内に導入される少なくとも一つの電極柱(12)の重量を決定するための計量デバイス(42)を備え、前記計量デバイス(42)が、前記アーク炉(10)を備えたシステムの操作デバイス(18、32)に組み込まれていて、前記計量デバイス(42)が前記少なくとも一つの電極柱(12)の重量を所望の期間において決定するように設計されている、装置。 - 前記電極柱(12)の重量を自動的に決定するように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記計量デバイス(42)が輸送デバイス(32)に組み込まれて、前記輸送デバイス(32)が、前記アーク炉(10)の内部に配置される前記電極柱(12)を受け取り、前記アーク炉(10)内部に前記電極柱(12)を輸送し及び前記アーク炉(10)の外に前記電極柱(12)を輸送し、及び、前記アーク炉(10)の外に配置された電極柱(12)を前記アーク炉(10)の中に輸送するように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の装置。
- 前記計量デバイス(42)が保持デバイス(18)に組み込まれ、前記保持デバイス(18)が、前記アーク炉(10)の溶融工程中に前記電極柱(12)を保持するように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記計量デバイス(42)が前記保持デバイス(18)の支持アーム(22)に組み込まれていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記計量デバイス(42)が、少なくとも一つの歪みゲージ(44)、少なくとも一つの力変換器、及び/又は、前記電極柱(12)用の保持デバイス(18)を調節するための液圧システムに配置された少なくとも一つの圧力測定素子を備えることを特徴とする請求項6から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
