Abstract
Description

2グラムの天然グラファイトおよび1gのミクロンサイズのSi(1乃至4um)を、65mlのステンレススチール粉砕容器に充填し、24gのポリメチル−メタクリレートのボールの存在下で粉砕した。ポリメチルメタクリレートのボールは、2つの異なるサイズ、すなわち、直径で1/4インチおよび3/8インチから成った。高エネルギーの粉砕機を、<1500rpmで操作し、そのクランプ速度は、1060サイクル/分であった。ポリメチルメタクリレートのボールは、ポリカーボネート、ポリスチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリエチレンイミド、ポリ塩化ビニル、およびポリアミド−イミドと交換され得ることで、粉砕効率、グラフェンサイズ、固定された粉砕時間での間隙率分布および表面積、Siとグラフェン表面との間の接触の質を制御する。生成されたsi/グラフェンの複合材料の表面積は、粉砕時間(60乃至500分)、si/グラフェンの組成およびボール材料のタイプに依存して、100m2/gから700m2/gまでで様々であり得る。
2グラムの天然グラファイトおよび1gのナノサイズの金属酸化物(Fe2O3、NiO、CoO3、MnO3)を、65mlのステンレススチール粉砕容器に充填し、24gのポリメチルメタクリレートのボールの存在下で粉砕した。生成物は、超コンデンサー用のリチウム電池および電極のためのアノード材料として使用され得る。
Claims (41)
- 粒子材料を乾式粉砕するプロセスであって、粒子材料の少なくとも1つが、組成物を得るために、非層材料の存在下で、層材料であり、ここで層材料は剥離され、非層材料は剥離された材料と合成され、剥離された材料が、5nm以下の厚さで10ミクロンの粒径を有し、ここで乾式粉砕は、粉砕媒体の硬度を制御することに加えて、粉砕媒体の表面エネルギーを制御することによって制御される、プロセス。
- 非層材料が、
i. 粒子状金属及び、
ii.粒子状金属酸化物、から本質的に成る群から選択される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。 - 層材料がグラファイトである、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 粉砕媒体が、層材料の表面エネルギーと本質的に同等の表面エネルギーを有している、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 粉砕媒体が、3乃至100の範囲でBrinell Scaleの硬度を有している、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 剥離された材料が、約25を超える縦横比を有している、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 剥離された材料が、5乃至200の縦横比を有している、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 剥離された材料が、50nm乃至10ミクロンの範囲のサイズを有している、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 剥離された材料が、1nm乃至5nmの厚さを有している、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 粉砕媒体が、プラスチック材料である、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- プラスチックが、
i. ポリメチルメタクリレート、
ii. ポリカーボネート、
iii. ポリスチレン、

- 粒子材料を乾式粉砕するプロセスであって、粒子材料の少なくとも1つが、組成物を得るために、i.セラミック、ii.ガラス、およびiii.石英からなる群から選択される粒子材料の存在下で、層材料であり、ここで層材料は剥離され、粒子材料は剥離された材料でコーティングされ、剥離された材料が、500ナノメートル以下の粒径を有し、ここで乾式粉砕は、粉砕媒体の硬度を制御することに加えて、粉砕媒体の表面エネルギーを制御することによって制御される、プロセス。
- 粒子材料を乾式粉砕するプロセスであって、粒子材料の少なくとも1つが、組成物を得るために、i.セラミック、ii.ガラス、およびiii.石英からなる群から選択される粒子材料の存在下で、層材料であり、ここで層材料は剥離され、粒子材料は剥離された材料でコーティングされ、剥離された材料が、10ミクロン以上の粒径を有し、ここで乾式粉砕は、粉砕媒体の硬度を制御することに加えて、粉砕媒体の表面エネルギーを制御することによって制御される、プロセス。
