Claims (8)
- 鏡筒の傾斜制御可能なボイスコイルモータ構造であって、
前記ボイスコイルモータ構造は、鏡筒を固定付着する鏡筒ベース、合焦コイル、偏移コイル及び磁石を含み、合焦コイルと偏移コイルはそれぞれ鏡筒ベースの外側に固定装着され、磁石が合焦コイルと偏移コイルの周囲に配置されることにより、合焦コイルと磁石が互いに影響し、かつ合焦コイルが鏡筒ベースを駆動して前後へ移動させることにより、鏡筒の合焦を実現し、偏移コイルと磁石が互いに影響し、偏移コイルが鏡筒ベースを駆動して傾斜移動をさせることにより、鏡筒のティルト・シフトを実現する、ことを特徴とする鏡筒の傾斜制御可能なボイスコイルモータ構造。 - 前記合焦コイルは一個設けられ、偏移コイルは二個設けられ、これらはそれぞれ第一偏移コイルと第二偏移コイルであり、二個の偏移コイルはそれぞれ合焦コイルの両側に設けられ、合焦コイルと偏移コイルは互いに平行であり、合焦コイルと偏移コイルはそれぞれ鏡筒ベースの鏡筒の光軸に垂直に設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鏡筒の傾斜制御可能なボイスコイルモータ構造。
- 前記磁石は四個設けられ、第一磁石と第二磁石は一組になっており、第一磁石と第二磁石は対向に設けられ、これらが生成した磁場は主に第一偏移コイルと合焦コイルに影響を与え、第三磁石と第四磁石は一組になっており、第三磁石と第四磁石は対向に設けられ、これらが生成した磁場は主に第二偏移コイルと合焦コイルに影響を与える、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の鏡筒の傾斜制御可能なボイスコイルモータ構造。
- 合焦コイル部分に対応する前記第二磁石の裏側の磁極極性と第一磁石の裏側の磁極極性は同様であり、第一偏移コイル部分に対応する第二磁石の裏側の磁極極性と第一磁石の裏側の磁極極性は反対であり、合焦コイル部分に対応する第四磁石の裏側の磁極極性と第三磁石の裏側の磁極極性は同様であり、第二偏移コイル部分に対応する第四磁石の裏側の磁極極性と第三磁石の裏側の磁極極性は反対である、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の鏡筒の傾斜制御可能なボイスコイルモータ構造。
- 前記鏡筒ベースの外側には内外の磁場を遮断する金属磁石軛が装着され、金属磁石軛の内部には磁石が固定装着されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の鏡筒の傾斜制御可能なボイスコイルモータ構造。
- 前記鏡筒ベースの上部には上部弾性部品が固定設置され、鏡筒ベースの底部には底部弾性部品が固定設置され、鏡筒ベースは上部弾性部品と底部弾性部品によって金属磁石軛内に懸垂する、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の鏡筒の傾斜制御可能なボイスコイルモータ構造。
- 前記上部弾性部品の上下両側には絶縁ワッシャーがそれぞれ設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の鏡筒の傾斜制御可能なボイスコイルモータ構造。
- 前記第二磁石及び/若しくは第四磁石は、平面二端磁極形成方法で1つの磁石の同一側に方向が反対の2つの磁極極性を形成することで形成するか、又は磁極極性方向が反対の二個の磁石を接続させることで形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の鏡筒の傾斜制御可能なボイスコイルモータ構造。
