Description

背景技术
在手持拍摄装置的使用过程中,为了防抖并增加拍摄的稳定性以获取质量较高的图像,人们常将手持拍摄装置装设在便携增稳平台如手持云台上使用。随着智能手机的普及和手机拍摄性能的提升,越来越多的用户喜欢用手机作为上述的拍摄装置进行拍摄影像。然而,目前的手持云台普遍为大型、中型手持云台,若采用所述手持云台装设手机并进行增稳,由于所述手持云台的体积较大,且外带操控设备,使得用户携带拍摄设备较为不便,且操作繁琐。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种便于携带且防抖性能较好的拍摄装置,还有必要提供一种拍摄设备及便携式电子设备。
一种拍摄装置,应用于便携式电子装置。所述拍摄装置包括:增稳机构,能够拆卸地安装于所述便携式电子装置上;以及成像模组,设置于所述增稳机构上,并能够与所述便携式电子装置通信,以允许所述便携式电子装置能够操控所述成像模组,并允许所述成像模组将拍摄的图像传输至所述便携式电子装置。其中,当所述增稳机构装设于所述便携式电子装置时,允许用户握持所述便携式电子装置,以使所述便携式电子装置能够作为所述拍摄装置的手柄使用。

本发明实施例提供一种拍摄装置,应用于便携式电子装置。所述拍摄装置包括:增稳机构,能够拆卸地安装于所述便携式电子装置上;以及成像模组,设置于所述增稳机构上,并能够与所述便携式电子装置通信,以允许所述便携式电子装置能够操控所述成像模组,并允许所述成像模组将拍摄的图像传输至所述便携式电子装置。其中,当所述增稳机构装设于所述便携式电子装置时,允许用户握持所述便携式电子装置,以使所述便携式电子装置能够作为所述拍摄装置的手柄使用。
本发明实施例还提供一种拍摄设备,包括便携式电子装置、增稳机构以及成像模组。所述增稳机构能够拆卸地安装于所述便携式电子装置上;所述成像模组设置于所述增稳机构上,并能够与所述便携式电子装置通信,以使所述便携式电子装置能够操控所述成像模组,并允许所述成像模组将拍摄的图像传输至所述便携式电子装置。其中,当所述增稳机构装设于所述便携式电子装置时,允许用户握持所述便携式电子装置,以使所述便携式电子装置能够作为所述拍摄设备的手柄使用。
本发明实施例还提供一种便携式电子设备,包括成像模组、增稳机构以及电子装置。所述电子装置包括壳体以及设置在所述壳体内的屏幕。所述成像模组设置于所述增稳机构上,且所述增稳机构用于为所述成像模组增稳,所述电子装置与所述成像模组通信,所述成像模组的图像传输至所述屏幕进行显示。其中,所述增稳机构和所述成像模组均设置在所述电子装置的壳体内,所述便携式电子设备允许用户握持所述电子装置,以使所述电子装置能够作为所述便携式电子设备的手柄使用。
下面结合附图,对本发明的一些实施方式作详细说明。在不冲突的情况下,下述的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
请参阅图1,本发明实施方式提供一种拍摄装置100,其应用于便携式电子装置200,以构成便携式的拍摄设备,供用户携带并使用。具体而言,所述拍摄装置100能够拍摄图像,其设置于所述便携式电子装置200上,并能够与所述便携式电子设备200通信,以允许用户通过所述便携式电子装置200操控所述拍摄装置100,且允许所述拍摄装置100将其拍摄的图像传输至所述便携式电子装置200。所述便携式电子装置200可以为但不限于为手机或便携式平板电脑。当所述拍摄装置100装设于所述便携式电子装置200上时,用户能够通过握持所述便携式电子装置200,以使所述便携式电子装置200作为所述拍摄装置100的手柄使用。
所述拍摄装置100包括增稳机构10以及成像模组20,具体在图示的实施方式中,所述增稳机构10设置于所述便携式电子装置200上,所述成像模组20设置在所述增稳机构10上。
所述增稳机构10包括固持组件12以及增稳组件14。所述固持组件12连接在所述便携式电子装置200上,所述增稳组件14设置于所述固持组件12与所述成像模组20之间,以对所述成像模组20进行增稳。
请同时参阅图2及图3,所述固持组件12包括装设件121、锁紧件123、导向件125以及两个夹持臂127。具体在图示的实施例中,所述锁紧件123及所述导向件125设置于所述装设件121上,两个所述夹持臂127可活动地设置于所述导向件125。
所述装设件121用于装设所述增稳组件14,并用于与所述夹持臂127配合以夹持所述便携式电子装置200,所述装设件121包括装设部1211、承载部1213以及止挡部1215。
在本实施方式中,所述装设部1211大致呈板状,所述承载部1213及所述止挡部1215分别设置在所述装设部1211的相对两端,且所述承载部1213及所述止挡部1215分别位于所述装设部1211的两侧。所述承载部1213及所述止挡部1215均位于所述装设部1211的两侧,且朝向相反的方向延伸,并大致垂直于所述装设部1211,使所述装设件121的整体结构大致呈“Z”状。所述承载部1213用于装设所述锁紧件123,所述止挡部1215用于对装设于所述固持组件12上的所述便携式电子装置200进行止挡限位。
所述装设件121上还设置有缓冲保护件1217,所述缓冲保护件1217用于承接设置在所述固持组件12上的所述便携式电子装置200,使所述便携式电子装置200抵紧于所述止挡部1215上。具体在图示的实施方式中,所述缓冲保护件1217设置在所述装设部1211上,并邻近所述止挡部1215。所述缓冲保护件1217具有一定的弹性,以对所述便携式电子装置200起到缓冲保护的所用。在本实施方式中,所述缓冲保护件1217为由橡胶制成的垫块。可以理解,所述缓冲保护件1217还可以由其他的弹性材料制成,如硅胶、缓冲泡棉等。相应地,在其他的实施方式中,所述止挡部1215上也可以设置有缓冲保护件,以对设置在所述固持组件12上的所述便携式电子装置200起到缓冲保护的作用。与上述的缓冲保护件1217类似,所述止挡部1215上的缓冲保护件由弹性材料制成,其可以为橡胶垫块、硅胶垫块或缓冲泡棉等。
进一步地,所述固持组件12还包括收容件122,所述收容件122承载在所述承载部1213上,并位于所述装设部1211背离所述缓冲保护件1217的一侧。所述收容件122用于收容为所述拍摄装置100供电的电池(图中未示出),并用于装设所述增稳组件14。可以理解,在其他的实施方式中,所述收容件122还可以连接在所述装设部1211上。
进一步地,所述拍摄装置100还包括电池30(请参阅图2),所述电池30设置在所述收容件122中,其用于为所述增稳组件14及所述成像模组20供电。当所述拍摄装置100装设于所述便携式电子装置200上时,所述电池30还可以为所述便携式电子装置200供电。
可以理解,在其他的实施方式中,所述电池30可以省略,而直接通过所述便携式电子装置200为所述拍摄装置100供电。
所述锁紧件123设置在所述承载部1213上,其用于固定所述收容件122。具体而言,在本实施方式中,所述锁紧件123为螺纹紧固件,其穿设于所述承载部1213,并与所述收容件122相螺合,以将所述收容件122固定于所述承载部1213上。
可以理解,在其他的实施方式中,所述收容件122可以与所述装设部1211或/及承载部1213均分离设置,而通过所述锁紧件123将所述收容件122定位于所述承载部1213上。所述收容件122的设置方式并不局限于本说明书中所描述。甚至,在其他的实施方式中,所述收容件122可以省略,而直接通过所述锁紧件123将所述电池30固定于所述承载部1213上。可以理解,所述承载部1213上还可以设置有快拆连接部,所述快拆连接部用于连接并卡持所述电池30或所述收容件122,以使所述电池30或所述收容件122能够快速地拆装于所述装设件121上。
所述导向件125设置在所述装设部1211上,其用于装设所述夹持臂127。具体在图示的实施例中,所述导向件125大致呈空心的柱状,其邻近所述承载部1213设置。
所述夹持臂127设置在所述导向件125上,其用于夹持所述便携式电子装置200。在本实施方式中,所述夹持臂127的数量为两个,两个所述夹持臂127分别设置于所述导向件125上,且均能够相对所述导向件125滑动。具体而言,所述便携式电子装置200设置在两个所述夹持臂127之间,以允许所述夹持臂127夹紧所述便携式电子装置200。两个所述夹持臂127能够沿所述导向件125滑动,以彼此相对地远离或靠近,从而夹紧不同尺寸的便携式电子装置200。
进一步地,所述固持组件12还可以包括调节件(图中未示出),所述调节件连接于所述夹持臂127上,并用于调节所述夹持臂127的开合,以使所述夹持臂127夹紧或释放所述便携式电子装置,并使所述夹持臂127能够夹紧不同尺寸的便携式电子装置200。具体而言,所述调节件设置在所述装设件121上,其可以为调节旋钮,通过转动所述调节旋钮,可以驱动两个所述夹持臂127相对远离或靠近,从而夹紧不同尺寸的便携式电子装置200。进一步地,所述调节件与所述夹持臂127之间通过传动件相连接。
可以理解,在其他的实施方式中,所述夹持臂127可以为弹性夹持臂,其能够弹性地夹紧所述便携式电子装置200。或者,进一步地,所述固持组件12还可以包括弹性件(图中未示出),所述弹性件可以设置在所述导向件125内,且所述弹性件的两端分别连接于两个所述夹持臂127上,以为两个所述夹持臂127彼此之间的运动提供回复力,且使所述夹持臂127能够弹性地夹持所述便携式电子装置200。进一步地,所述夹持臂127上还可以设置有缓冲保护件,以在夹持所述便携式电子装置200时,对所述便携式电子装置200起到缓冲保护的作用。与上述的缓冲保护件1217类似,所述夹持臂127上的缓冲保护件由弹性材料制成,其可以为橡胶垫块、硅胶垫块或缓冲泡棉等。
可以理解,在其他的实施方式中,所述导向件125可以省略,而直接将两个所述夹持臂127可活动地设置在所述装设件121上,且使两个所述夹持臂127能够彼此相对远离或靠近,以夹紧所述便携式电子装置200。
可以理解,在其他的实施方式中,所述夹持臂127可以为夹爪结构,以夹持所述便携式电子装置200。优选地,当所述夹持臂127为夹爪结构时,其为弹性夹爪。
进一步地,所述增稳机构10还包括连接器13,所述连接器13设置在所述固持组件12上,具体地,所述连接器13装设在所述装设件121的所述止挡部1215上。所述连接器13用于与所述便携式电子装置200连接,以使所述增稳机构10能够与所述便携式电子装置200进行数据传输或/及电力传输。在本实施方式中,所述连接器13为数据接口,其与所述便携式电子装置200的数据接口相适配,并能直接与所述便携式电子装置200的数据接口相连接。可以理解,所述连接器13与所述便携式电子装置200的数据接口之间可以通过数据线进行连接。
所述增稳组件14设置在所述收容件122上,其用于装设所述成像模组20,并对所述成像模组20进行增稳。具体而言,所述增稳组件14与所述收容件122固定连接。可以理解,所述增稳组件14可以与所述收容件122可拆卸地连接。进一步地,所述增稳组件14包括连接部141,所述连接部141用于装设所述成像模组20。在本实施方式中,所述增稳组件14为增稳云台,优选地,所述增稳组件14为三轴电动云台。所述增稳组件14与所述便携式电子装置200之间通过连接线连接或者无线连接,以允许所述便携式电子装置200为所述增稳组件14提供电力或允许所述便携式电子装置200控制所述增稳组件14运动。可以理解,所述增稳组件14还可以为两轴增稳云台等。在本实施方式中,所述增稳组件14与所述电池30组装于一起后,通过所述锁紧件123连接至所述固持组件12上,使得所述增稳机构10的结构较为紧凑,有利于所述增稳机构10的模块化拆装。
所述成像模组20设置于所述增稳组件14的末端轴上,并能够与所述便携式电子装置200无线或者有线连接,以允许所述便携式电子装置200获取所述成像模组20拍摄的图像,或/及允许用户通过所述便携式电子装置200控制所述成像模组20。具体地,所述成像模组20设置于所述增稳组件14的所述连接部141上。可以理解,在其他的实施方式中,当所述增稳组件14与所述便携式电子装置200之间建立连接后,所述成像模组20可以通过所述增稳组件14与所述便携式电子装置200连接。所述成像模组20可以为但不限于为摄像头、运动相机、微型数码相机、微型单反相机中的任一种。
当所述拍摄装置100装设于所述便携式电子装置200上时,所述拍摄装置100所获取的图像能够直接呈现于所述便携式电子装置200的显示屏上,所述拍摄装置100能够作为所述便携式电子装置200的摄像头使用。进一步地,所述便携式电子装置200上设置有摄像头,当所述便携式电子装置200与所述拍摄装置100分离时,所述摄像头作为所述便携式电子装置200的成像模组。
上述的拍摄设备,其增稳机构10设置在所述便携式电子装置200上,并允许用户通过握持所述便携式电子装置200,使所述便携式电子装置200能够作为所述拍摄设备的手柄使用,使所述拍摄设备在具有相对较好的增稳效果的同时,整体体积较小,便于用户携带。另外,所述增稳机构10、所述成像模组20与所述便携式电子装置200之间通过无线或有线连接,用户能够在所述便携式电子装置200上操控所述增稳机构10及所述成像模组20,使所述拍摄设备的操作相对更为便利。
可以理解,在其他的实施方式中,上述的增稳机构10可以固定地设置在所述便携式电子装置200子装置集成组装,并形成具有拍摄功能和较佳防抖功效的便携式电子设备。
请参阅图4及图5,具体而言,所述便携式电子设备可以包括所述便携式电子装置200、所述增稳机构10以及所述成像模组20。所述便携式电子装置200可以壳体201以及设置在所述壳体201内的屏幕203;优选地,所述壳体201为由透明材质制成的透明壳体,所述屏幕203为触控屏。所述便携式电子装置200内/上设置有所述增稳机构10,所述增稳机构10上设置有所述成像模组20,所述增稳机构10用于为所述成像模组20增稳,并使所述成像模组20能够作为集成于所述便携式电子装置200的成像模组或/及摄像头使用。具体地,所述便携式电子装置200与所述成像模组20通信,所述成像模组20的图像传输至所述屏幕203进行显示;所述便携式电子装置200能够通过触控所述触控屏的方式控制所述增稳机构10,以调节所述成像模组的姿态。
进一步地,所述便携式电子装置200为便携式通信装置,优选地,所述便携式电子装置200为手机或者便携式平板电脑。所述增稳机构10和所述成像模组均设置在所述便携式电子装置200的壳体201内,所述便携式电子设备允许用户握持所述便携式电子装置200,以使所述便携式电子装置200能够作为所述便携式电子设备的手柄使用。
上述的便携式电子装置200内集成组装有所述增稳机构10及所述成像模组20,总体上不会使所述便携式电子装置200体积过大,不影响所述便携式电子装置200作为普通通信装置的正常使用。同时,所述成像模组20作为集成于所述便携式电子装置200的成像模组20/摄像头使用,使所述便携式电子设备的一体化程度较高。另外,所述增稳机构10对所述成像模组20进行增稳,使所述便携式电子设备自带了摄像增稳效果,免除了在需要时再行组装增稳机构10及成像模组20的繁琐操作和繁重复杂的结构,所述便携式电子设备在任意时候拍摄的图像均保持较高的图像质量,用户体验较佳。

  1. 一种拍摄装置,应用于便携式电子装置,其特征在于,所述拍摄装置包括:
    增稳机构,能够拆卸地安装于所述便携式电子装置上;以及
    成像模组,设置于所述增稳机构上,并能够与所述便携式电子装置通信,以允许所述便携式电子装置能够操控所述成像模组,并允许所述成像模组将拍摄的图像传输至所述便携式电子装置;
    其中,当所述增稳机构装设于所述便携式电子装置时,允许用户握持所述便携式电子装置,以使所述便携式电子装置能够作为所述拍摄装置的手柄使用。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述成像模组与所述便携式电子装置无线或者有线连接,以允许所述便携式电子装置获取所述成像模组拍摄的图像或/及允许所述便携式电子装置控制所述成像模组。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述增稳机构与所述便携式电子装置无线或者有线连接,以允许所述便携式电子装置通过控制所述增稳机构以调节所述成像模组的拍摄姿态。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述成像模组与所述增稳机构电连接,以通过所述增稳机构与所述便携式电子装置通信,从而以允许所述便携式电子装置获取所述成像模组拍摄的图像,或/及允许所述便携式电子装置控制所述成像模组。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述增稳机构包括增稳云台,所述成像模组设置于所述增稳云台上。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述增稳云台为三轴电动云台。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述增稳云台与所述便携式电子装置之间通过连接线连接,以允许所述便携式电子装置为所述增稳云台提供电力,或允许所述便携式电子装置控制所述增稳云台运动。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述拍摄装置还包括电池,所述电池设置于所述增稳机构上,并用于为所述增稳云台提供电力。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述电池与所述便携式电子装置电连接,以为所述便携式电子装置提供电力。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述电池与所述增稳机构电连接,以通过所述增稳机构与所述便携式电子装置电连接,从而为所述便携式电子装置提供电力。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述增稳机构还包括收容件,所述增稳云台设置于所述收容件上,所述电池设置于所述收容件内。
  12. 如权利要求5所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述增稳机构还包括固持组件,所述固持组件连接于所述增稳云台,所述固持组件用于安装所述便携式电子装置。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述固持组件包括连接在所述增稳云台上的装设件以及设在所述装设件上的夹持臂,所述夹持臂用于夹持所述便携式电子装置。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述固持组件还包括调节件,所述调节件连接于所述夹持臂上,并能够驱动所述夹持臂运动,以夹持或释放所述便携式电子装置。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述调节件与所述夹持臂之间设置有传动件,所述调节件通过所述传动件驱动所述夹持臂运动,以控制所述夹持臂的开合大小。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述夹持臂上设置有缓冲保护件,以在夹持所述便携式电子装置时,对所述便携式电子装置起到缓冲保护的作用。
  17. 如权利要求13所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述夹持臂为两个,两个夹持臂能够活动地设置在所述装设件上,以适应不同尺寸的所述便携式电子装置。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述固持组件还包括设置所述装设件上的导向件,两个所述夹持臂分别能够活动地设置在所述导向件两端,且两个所述夹持臂均能够沿所述导向件运动以相对远离或靠近。
  19. 如权利要求13所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述夹持臂为弹性夹持臂,所述夹持臂能够弹性地夹紧所述便携式电子装置。
  20. 如权利要求13所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述装设件包括装设部及连接在所述装设部上的止挡部,所述夹持臂连接在所述装设部上,所述止挡部用于对所述便携式电子装置止挡定位。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述装设部上设置有缓冲保护件,所述缓冲保护件邻近所述止挡部设置,并用于对所述便携式电子装置起到缓冲保护的所用。
  22. 如权利要求20所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述止挡部上设置有缓冲保护件,所述缓冲保护件用于对所述便携式电子装置起到缓冲保护的所用。
  23. 如权利要求21或22所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述缓冲保护件为以下几种中的至少一种:橡胶垫块、硅胶垫块、缓冲泡棉。
  24. 如权利要求20所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述装设件还包括连接在所述装设部上的承载部,所述承载部用于承载为所述增稳云台提供电力的电池。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述承载部上设有快拆连接部,所述快拆连接部用于连接所述电池。
  26. 如权利要求24所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述装设件上设置有锁紧件,所述锁紧件用于将所述电池固定于所述装设件上。
  27. 如权利要求12所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述固持组件上设置有连接器,所述连接器用于与所述便携式电子装置连接,以使所述增稳机构能够与所述便携式电子装置进行数据传输或/及电力传输。
  28. 如权利要求27所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述连接器为数据接口,并用于与所述便携式电子装置的数据接口相适配。
  29. 如权利要求27所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述连接器为数据接口,并用于通过一数据线与所述便携式电子装置的数据接口相连接。

  32. 如权利要求31所述的拍摄装置,其特征在于:所述便携式电子装置上设置有摄像头,当所述便携式电子装置与所述拍摄装置分离时,所述摄像头作为所述便携式电子装置的成像模组。
  33. 一种拍摄设备,包括便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述拍摄设备还包括:
    增稳机构,能够拆卸地安装于所述便携式电子装置上;以及
    成像模组,设置于所述增稳机构上,并能够与所述便携式电子装置通信,以使所述便携式电子装置能够操控所述成像模组,并允许所述成像模组将拍摄的图像传输至所述便携式电子装置;
    其中,当所述增稳机构装设于所述便携式电子装置时,允许用户握持所述便携式电子装置,以使所述便携式电子装置能够作为所述拍摄设备的手柄使用。
  34. 如权利要求33所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述成像模组与所述便携式电子装置无线或者有线连接,以使所述便携式电子装置能够获取所述成像模组拍摄的图像或/及使所述便携式电子装置能够控制所述成像模组。
  35. 如权利要求33所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述增稳机构与所述便携式电子装置无线或者有线连接,以使所述便携式电子装置能够通过控制所述增稳机构以调节所述成像模组的拍摄姿态。
  36. 如权利要求35所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述成像模组与所述增稳机构电连接,以通过所述增稳机构与所述便携式电子装置通信,从而使所述便携式电子装置能够获取所述成像模组拍摄的图像或/及使所述便携式电子装置能够控制所述成像模组。
  37. 如权利要求33所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述增稳机构包括增稳云台,所述成像模组设置于所述增稳云台上。
  38. 如权利要求37所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述增稳云台为三轴电动云台。
  39. 如权利要求37所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述增稳云台与所述便携式电子装置之间通过连接线连接,以使所述便携式电子装置能够为所述增稳云台提供电力或允许所述便携式电子装置控制所述增稳云台运动。
  40. 如权利要求37所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述拍摄设备还包括电池,所述电池设置于所述增稳机构上,并用于为所述增稳云台提供电力。
  41. 如权利要求40所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述电池与所述便携式电子装置电连接,以为所述便携式电子装置提供电力。
  42. 如权利要求41所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述电池与所述增稳机构电连接,以通过所述增稳机构与所述便携式电子装置电连接,从而为所述便携式电子装置提供电力。
  43. 如权利要求40所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述增稳机构还包括收容件,所述增稳云台设置于所述收容件上,所述电池设置于所述收容件内。
  44. 如权利要求37所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述增稳机构还包括固持组件,所述固持组件连接于所述增稳云台,所述便携式电子装置能够拆卸地设置于所述固持组件上。
  45. 如权利要求44所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述固持组件包括连接在所述增稳云台上的装设件以及设在所述装设件上的夹持臂,所述夹持臂用于夹持所述便携式电子装置。
  46. 如权利要求45所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述固持组件还包括调节件,所述调节件连接于所述夹持臂上,并能够驱动所述夹持臂运动,以夹持或释放所述便携式电子装置。
  47. 如权利要求46所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述调节件与所述夹持臂之间设置有传动件,所述调节件通过所述传动件驱动所述夹持臂运动,以控制所述夹持臂的开合大小。
  48. 如权利要求45所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述夹持臂上设置有缓冲保护件,以在夹持所述便携式电子装置时,对所述便携式电子装置起到缓冲保护的作用。
  49. 如权利要求45所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述夹持臂为两个,两个夹持臂能够活动地设置在所述装设件上,以适应不同尺寸的所述便携式电子装置。
  50. 如权利要求49所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述固持组件还包括设置所述装设件上的导向件,两个所述夹持臂分别能够活动地设置在所述导向件两端,且两个所述夹持臂均能够沿所述导向件运动以相对远离或靠近。
  51. 如权利要求45所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述夹持臂为弹性夹持臂,所述夹持臂能够弹性地夹紧所述便携式电子装置。
  52. 如权利要求45所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述装设件包括装设部及连接在所述装设部上的止挡部,所述夹持臂连接在所述装设部上,所述止挡部用于对所述便携式电子装置止挡定位。
  53. 如权利要求52所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述装设部上设置有缓冲保护件,所述缓冲保护件邻近所述止挡部设置,并用于对所述便携式电子装置起到缓冲保护的所用。
  54. 如权利要求52所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述止挡部上设置有缓冲保护件,所述缓冲保护件用于对所述便携式电子装置起到缓冲保护的所用。
  55. 如权利要求53或54所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述缓冲保护件为以下几种中的至少一种:橡胶垫块、硅胶垫块、缓冲泡棉。
  56. 如权利要求52所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述装设件还包括连接在所述装设部上的承载部,所述承载部用于承载为所述增稳云台提供电力的电池。
  57. 如权利要求56所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述承载部上设有快拆连接部,所述快拆连接部用于连接所述电池。
  58. 如权利要求56所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述装设件上设置有锁紧件,所述锁紧件用于将所述电池固定于所述装设件上。
  59. 如权利要求37所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述固持组件上设置有连接器,所述连接器能够与所述便携式电子装置连接,以使所述增稳机构能够与所述便携式电子装置进行数据传输或/及电力传输。
  60. 如权利要求59所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述连接器为数据接口,并能够与所述便携式电子装置的数据接口相适配。
  61. 如权利要求59所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述连接器为数据接口,并能够通过一数据线与所述便携式电子装置的数据接口相连接。
  62. 如权利要求33所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述成像模组为摄像头、运动相机、微型数码相机、微型单反相机中的任一种。
  63. 如权利要求33所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述便携式电子装置为手机或者便携式平板电脑。
  64. 如权利要求63所述的拍摄设备,其特征在于:所述便携式电子装置上设置有摄像头,当所述便携式电子装置与所述增稳机构分离时,所述摄像头作为所述便携式电子装置的成像模组。
  65. 一种便携式电子设备,包括成像模组,其特征在于:所述便携式电子设备还包括:
    电子装置,所述电子装置包括壳体以及设置在所述壳体内的屏幕;
    增稳机构,所述成像模组设置于所述增稳机构上,且所述增稳机构用于为所述成像模组增稳,所述电子装置与所述成像模组通信,所述成像模组的图像传输至所述屏幕进行显示;
    其中,所述增稳机构和所述成像模组均设置在所述电子装置的壳体内,所述便携式电子设备允许用户握持所述电子装置,以使所述电子装置能够作为所述便携式电子设备的手柄使用。
  66. 如权利要求65所述的便携式电子设备,其特征在于:所述壳体由透明材质制成。
  67. 如权利要求65所述的便携式电子设备,其特征在于:所述电子装置为便携式通信装置;
    或者,所述电子装置为手机或者便携式平板电脑。
  68. 如权利要求65所述的便携式电子设备,其特征在于:所述屏幕为触控屏,所述电子装置能够通过触控所述触控屏的方式控制所述增稳机构,以调节所述成像模组的姿态。
  69. 如权利要求65所述的便携式电子设备,其特征在于:所述成像模组与所述增稳机构电连接,所述成像模组通过所述增稳机构与所述电子装置通信,从而使所述电子装置能够获取所述成像模组拍摄的图像,或/及使所述电子装置能够控制所述成像模组。
  70. 如权利要求65所述的便携式电子设备,其特征在于:所述增稳机构为增稳云台。
  71. 如权利要求70所述的便携式电子设备,其特征在于:所述增稳云台与所述电子装置之间通过连接线连接,以使所述电子装置能够为所述增稳云台提供电力,或允许所述电子装置控制所述增稳云台运动。
  72. 如权利要求70所述的便携式电子设备,其特征在于:所述便携式电子设备还包括电池,所述电池设置于所述增稳机构上,并用于为所述增稳云台提供电力。
  73. 如权利要求72所述的便携式电子设备,其特征在于:所述电池与所述电子装置电连接,以为所述电子装置提供电力。
  74. 如权利要求73所述的便携式电子设备,其特征在于:所述电池与所述增稳机构电连接,以通过所述增稳机构与所述电子装置电连接,从而为所述电子装置提供电力。
  75. 如权利要求72所述的便携式电子设备,其特征在于:所述增稳机构还包括收容件,所述收容件连接于所述增稳云台,所述电池设置于所述收容件内。
