Claims (15)
- 水中または他の液体中において使用するための船舶スクリュー、ポンプスクリュー、またはタービンスクリューであって、
前方側部および後方側部であって、使用時に水または他の液体が該前方側部から該後方側部へと押しやられる前方側部および後方側部と、
ハブと、
前記ハブから延在する少なくとも2つのブレードであって、該ブレードは実質的にらせん/渦巻き形状であり、該ブレードの有効表面積は前記前方側部から前記後方側部に向かって増大しているブレードと
を備える船舶スクリュー、ポンプスクリュー、またはタービンスクリュー。 - 前記ブレードは、前記前方側部において、前記スクリューの外周の点に向かって先細りしている、請求項1に記載のスクリュー。
- 前記ハブにおいて前記ブレードが取り付けられた部分が、円すい形または円すい台形の形状を有する、請求項1または2に記載のスクリュー。
- 前記ブレードの前端が前記ハブの端部の前部に延在している、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のスクリュー。
- 管状ハウジングが前記ブレードの周囲に設けられている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のスクリュー。
- 前記ハウジングは前記ブレードに付着している、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のスクリュー。
- 前記ハウジングは固定され、前記ブレードは前記ハウジング内で回転する、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のスクリュー。
- 前記ハウジングの前方側部は円すい台形の形状を有し、前記ハウジングの幅広部分は該前方側部の方に向けられている、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のスクリュー。
- 使用時に押しやられる水が通過する空間の断面積が、前記ブレードの前方側部と前記ブレードの後方側部との間において縮小する、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のスクリュー。
- 固定ガイドブレードが、前記ハウジング内のシリンダ上において、前記ブレードの後方に取り付けられている、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のスクリュー。
- 前記ガイドブレードは、前記前方側部においてわずかにらせん状に湾曲し、それにより、使用時には、前記ハブに沿ってらせん状に押しやられる水は、前記ガイドブレードに沿って、前記ガイドブレードの前方側部においては前記ガイドブレードに対して平行に流れ、前記ガイドブレードの後方側部においては後方へ実質的に直線状に流れる、請求項10に記載のスクリュー。
- 実質的に円すい台形の要素が前記ハウジング内において前記ガイドブレードの前記後方側部に設けられ、前記要素の幅狭側部が後方に向かって延在している、請求項10または11に記載のスクリュー。
- 前記ハブは、船舶のエンジンにより駆動されるように設計されたドライブシャフトに連結され、前記ドライブシャフトは、前記ハブの回転軸に対して横方向に延在し、前記ドライブシャフトは、前記ガイドブレードの近傍において前記シリンダの壁部を貫通して延在し、前記ドライブシャフトの回転を前記ハブに伝達するために、伝動機構が前記シリンダ内に配設されている、請求項10から12のいずれか1項に記載のスクリュー。
- 前記ブレードの前記有効表面積は、前記前方側部から、前記ブレードが取り付けられている前記ハブ上の箇所まで、連続的に増大している、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載のスクリュー。
- 水中タービンにおいて使用するように意図され、前記前方側部および前記後方側部が同一形状となるよう対称である、請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載のスクリュー。
