Claims (10)
- 船舶の推進装置であって、
動力を伝達する主軸上に配列されたハブと、
前記ハブの外周面に設けられた主羽根と、
前記主羽根から前記主軸の後方に離間して配置されかつ前記主軸の後方に傾設された副羽根と、
前記主羽根の周囲に設けられた、翼形状の主軸方向断面を有しかつ該断面の前方頂点であるノーズ及び後方頂点であるテールを有するダクトとを含み、
前記ダクトが、
断面視で前記ダクトの前端から前記ダクトの直径方向外向きに凸に形成された部分及び前記ダクトの後端に向けて前記ダクトの直径方向内向きに凹に形成された部分を有する外面と、
断面視で前記ダクトの前端から前記ダクトの直径方向内向きに凸に形成されたダクト内面前方部分、前記ダクトの後端から前記ダクトの直径方向内向きに凸に形成されたダクト内面後方部分、並びに前記ダクト内面前方部分及びダクト内面後方部分を互いに結合する平行部を有する内面とを含み、
前記副羽根が、前記主羽根の位置から前記主軸の後方に、前記ダクトの全長に対して長さ0.5以内の範囲に位置することを特徴とする船舶の推進装置。 - 前記外面が、
前記ノーズと前記テールとを結ぶ直線分である翼弦線の前端から前記ダクトの直径方向外向きに凸に形成された前方部分と、
前記翼弦線の後端に向けて前記ダクトの直径方向内向きに凹に形成された後方部分とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船舶の推進装置。 - 前記ダクト内面前方部分が、前記平行部から前記ノーズまでのY軸方向の第1の距離に対応する範囲内において、前記平行部の始端から前記ノーズまで曲面をなし、
前記ダクト内面後方部分が、前記第1の距離よりも小さい前記平行部から前記テールまでのY軸方向の第2の距離に対応する範囲内において、前記平行部の終端から前記テールまで曲面をなしていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船舶の推進装置。 - 前記平行部が、前方領域及び後方領域を含み、
前記前方領域が、前記ダクトの全長に対する比率で、プロペラが回転しながら描く円形面であるプロペラ面の位置から−4.0%〜14.0%の範囲となり、
前記後方領域が、前記ダクトの前記全長に対する比率で、前記プロペラ面の位置から−30.0%〜−10.0%の範囲となるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船舶の推進装置。 - 前記ダクトの断面形状において、
前記平行部から前記ノーズまでの前記第1の距離が、前記ダクトの全長に対する比率で、18.0%〜30.0%の範囲となり、
前記平行部から前記テールまでの前記第2の距離が、前記ダクトの前記全長に対する比率で、4.0%〜10.0%の範囲となるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の船舶の推進装置。 - 前記主羽根が、複数枚の主羽根で構成され、かつ各々が前記ハブの外周面に沿って互いから離間して配置されており、
前記副羽根が、複数枚の副羽根で構成され、かつ前記主羽根と交互に配列されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船舶の推進装置。 - 前記副羽根が、前記主軸に垂直な方向から後方に0.1〜27°の範囲内で傾斜する傾斜角(B)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船舶の推進装置。
- 前記主軸に垂直な方向(Y軸方向)に対する前記副羽根の傾斜角Bと、前記主軸の軸方向に対する前記ハブの前記外周面の傾斜角Hとにより表される前記副羽根の勾配比(B/H)が、0.25〜1.5の範囲となるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の船舶の推進装置。
- 前記副羽根の半径長さAと、前記ダクトの全長Cとにより表される前記副羽根の半径比(A/C)が、0.3〜0.7の範囲となるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船舶の推進装置。
