Claims (8)
1. Brod opremljen sa brodskim vijkom (2) za uporabu pod vodom koja može sadržavati ribe, naznačen time što se vijak pokreće brodskim motorom putem pogonske osovine, vijak koji sadrži prednju i stražnju stranu, pri čemu se voda potiskuje s prednje na stražnju stranu u uporabi, a sadrži glavinu (3) i najmanje dva noža (4) koji se protežu od spomenute glavine (3), pri čemu se cjevasto kućište (5) sa slobodnim stražnjim krajem proteže oko noževa (4), pri čemu su noževi (4) uglavnom spiralnog oblika, pri čemu se noževi (4) pružaju od glavine (3) u smjeru prema vanjskom opsegu i prednja strana vijka (2) u spiralnom obliku, naznačen time, da se noževi (4) sužavaju do točke u vanjskom opsegu vijka (2) na prednjoj strani što rezultira noževima u obliku srpa (4) sa slobodnim krajevima u blizini vanjske strane opsega na prednjoj strani vijka (2), noževi (4) koji se neprekidno protežu od prednjeg kraja do slobodnog stražnjeg kraja cjevastog kućišta (5), pri čemu se efektivna površina noževa (4) neprekidno povećava od prednje strane prema mjestu gdje su montirani na glavini, tako da su ribe u vodi uglavnom vođene duž glavine, a bez da ih pritom dotaknu noževi, voda s ribom ostavlja slobodni stražnji kraj cjevastog kućišta neusmjeren.
2. Brod prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je dio glavine (3) gdje su noževi (4) montirani na glavini (3) u obliku stošca ili krnjeg stošca.
3. Brod prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da se prednji krajevi noževa (4) protežu ispred kraja glavine (1).
4. Brod prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 - 3, naznačen time što je kućište (5) pričvršćeno na noževe (4).
5. Brod prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što je kućište (5) nepomično, a noževi (4) se okreću unutar kućišta (5).
6. Brod prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time da je prednja strana kućišta (5) oblika krnjeg stošca, pri čemu je široki dio kućišta (5) usmjeren prema prednjoj strani.
7. Brod prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1-6, naznačen time što se površina poprečnog presjeka prostora kroz koji se voda potiskuje u uporabu smanjuje između prednje strane noževa (4) i stražnje strane noževa (4).
8. Brod prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je navedeni vijak (2) vijak u obliku luka.
