第1画像化窓区分及び第2画像化窓区分をそれぞれ形成するように、前記複数の第1画像化窓管区分及び前記複数の第2画像化窓管区分の管区分の端部同士を接合する工程と、
前記第1画像化窓区分及び前記第2画像化窓区分を前記マンドレルから取り外す工程と、
を含む、
