本实用新型公开了一种具有亲水涂层的亲水导管,其特征在于:以聚氨酯为基材的导管管体,在导管管体表面及内部涂有一层水体系亲水润滑涂层。涂层厚度为:50~70微米。通过水体系亲水润滑涂层的涂覆极大地提高了导管的亲水润滑性能,能有效地减少对人体组织的损伤,同时减少患者的痛苦,并消除了有机溶剂转移到人体内的可能性,对患者无毒副作用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其是涉及到一种具有亲水涂层的亲水导管。 
背景技术
众所周知,介入治疗导管被广泛地应用到临床治疗中。在导管插入人体的过程中,如果导管与组织间摩擦力较大,会使患者有强烈的灼烧和疼痛感,且易损伤黏膜上皮组织而引发感染,同时还会给医护人员在操作过程中带来诸多不便,所以要求导管表面光滑,对人体空腔的内表面粘联减小,以保证无痛引入,降低对受术者的不必要伤害。 
目前针对这一问题,已经出现了许多利用亲水涂层来改进导管润滑性的方法。但是,这其中存在了一定的问题,如专利CN101455861A、CN102166377A、CN1442458A及CN1537643A,都使用了有机溶剂体系,这些有机溶剂的挥发不但带来生产隐患,而且污染环境,无论对病患还是生产导管的工人的身体健康都存在着潜在的威胁。 
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题 
本实用型要解决的技术问题是,针对上述现有技术的现状,提供一种具有亲水涂层的亲水导管,其特点是使用了水体系亲水润滑涂层,避免使用挥发性有机溶剂且能有效降低导管的表面摩擦阻力。
(二)技术方案 
本实用新型具有亲水涂层的亲水导管,包括以聚氨酯为基材的导管管体,在导管管体表面及内部涂有一层水体系亲水润滑涂层。涂层厚度为50~70微米。
(三)有益效果 
本实用新型是具有亲水涂层的亲水导管,其制备简单,可通过水体系亲水润滑涂层的涂覆极大地提高了导管的亲水润滑性能,能有效地减少对人体组织的损伤,同时减少患者的痛苦,并消除了有机溶剂转移到人体内的可能性,对患者无毒副作用。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本实用新型的技术方案,下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本实用新型,但不用来限制本实用新型的范围。 
本实用新型实施例提供一种具有亲水涂层的亲水导管,如图所示:它是由水体系亲水润滑涂层1和聚氨酯导管2组成;聚氨酯导管2被水体系亲水润滑涂层1包裹在内。 
本实用新型所述的水体系润滑涂层1是指:聚氨酯导管2外的涂层;该涂层是由水溶性大分子、水性表面活性剂、水性粘合剂和去离子水按照一定比例混合制备而成。通过浸涂、喷涂或者刷涂的方式将其涂覆在聚氨酯导管2外。 
本实用新型所述的聚氨酯导管2是指:被水体系亲水润滑涂层1包裹的聚氨酯导管,具有非常好的生物相容性。 
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。
