Claims (7)
- 工業排ガスを利用するもみ殻からの金属イオン除去方法であって、貯水反応器(1)を供給すると共に、前記貯水反応器の底部に工業排ガスを放出するための気体分散装置(2)を載置し、もみ殻(5)を袋に詰めて前記貯水反応器(1)内に置き、前記袋詰めされたもみ殻(5)を前記貯水反応器の水面下に押し入れ、次に前記気体分散装置(2)を介して工業排ガスを前記貯水反応器に噴霧し、貯水反応器(1)の水圧を利用して、工業排ガス中の二酸化炭素の水に対する溶解度を増大させ、溶解度を水100gに対して二酸化炭素を1gとして炭酸溶液を生成し、前記炭酸溶液を前記もみ殻(5)の金属イオンと反応させて沈殿物を生成し、反応完了後に前記もみ殻(5)を洗浄し、再度脱塩水で洗浄し絞ることにより、前記もみ殻(5)に付着する金属イオンを除去する方法。
- 前記貯水反応器(1)の深さは6〜10mである、請求項1に記載の工業排ガスを利用するもみ殻からの金属イオン除去方法。
- 前記気体分散装置(2)は、水を水平方向または垂直方向に撹拌して渦を形成するように構成される気体オフィリスを含み、且つ、工業排ガスは前記気体オリフィスから噴霧される、請求項2に記載の工業排ガスを利用するもみ殻からの金属イオン除去方法。
- 前記気体オリフィスは前記貯水反応器の底部よりも少なくとも1.5m高い位置にある、請求項3に記載の工業排ガスを利用するもみ殻からの金属イオン除去方法。
- 前記気体オリフィスの孔径は0.005〜0.012mmである、請求項4に記載の工業排ガスを利用するもみ殻からの金属イオン除去方法。
- 前記気体分散装置(2)は更に複数の微多孔曝気装置を含み、前記工業排ガスは該微多孔曝気装置から噴霧される、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の工業排ガスを利用するもみ殻からの金属イオン除去方法。
- 工業排ガスを利用するもみ殻からの金属イオン除去方法であって、反応タンク(13)を供給し、前記反応タンク(13)は下部に載置される微多孔曝気装置を備えた気体分布器(7)と、前記気体分布器(7)の下方であって前記反応タンク(13)の壁部に載置される再利用液出口(6)と、前記反応タンク(13)の頂部に載置される気体出口(10)と、底部に載置される沈殿物出口(8)と、前記反応タンク(13)の上部に載置される液体分布器(11)を含み、前記反応タンク(13)の使用時に、最初に前記反応タンク(13)にもみ殻(5)および水を充填し、前記気体出口(10)を封鎖し、前記工業排ガスを前記気体分布器(7)の微多孔曝気装置から噴霧し、前記反応タンク(13)内の工業排ガス自体の圧力を利用して、工業排ガス中の二酸化炭素の水に対する溶解度を増大させて、溶解度を水100gに対して二酸化炭素が4gとして炭酸溶液を生成し、生成された炭酸溶液を前記もみ殻(5)の金属イオンと反応させて沈殿物を生成し、反応完了後にもみ殻(5)を洗浄し、再度脱塩水で洗浄して絞ることにより、前記もみ殻(5)に付着する金属イオンを除去する方法。
