Description
Claims (10)
- 冷蔵システムから流体を除去する除去装置(10)であって、
流体が流れる冷却装置(11)およびコンプレッサ(14)を有し、
前記冷却装置は、パイプライン・アセンブリ(12)を有し、
前記パイプライン・アセンブリは、互いに接続された複数のパイプライン要素(24、26)と、前記パイプライン要素の上方に配された流体注入口(28)と、前記パイプライン要素の下方に配された流体排出口(30)と、を有し、
前記コンプレッサは、前記流体の流れの方向に沿って前記冷却装置(11)の上流に配され、前記流体が流れ、前記流体注入口(28)と接続され、
前記パイプライン要素はそれぞれ、水平に対して角αの傾きで配されており、前記流体注入口(28)から入った流体は全て、重力によって、前記流体排出口(30)へ向かって移動する、ことを特徴とする除去装置。 - 請求項1に記載の除去装置(10)であって、
前記パイプライン要素(24、26)は、前記流体の流れの方向に沿って順々に配され、互いが角βをなすように傾いている、ことを特徴とする除去装置。 - 請求項2に記載の除去装置(10)であって、
前後に配された前記パイプライン要素(24、26)の間の傾き角βは、1度から9度の範囲であり、好ましくは、3度から7度の範囲であり、より好ましくは、およそ5度である、ことを特徴とする除去装置。 - 請求項2または3に記載の除去装置(10)であって、
前記流体の流れの方向に沿って前後に配されたパイプライン要素(24、26)は、水平面に対して角γだけ傾いた平面に含まれるように配されたU形状接続用パイプ(32)によって、互いに接続されている、ことを特徴とする除去装置。 - 請求項4に記載の除去装置(10)であって、
前記接続用パイプ(32)の前記平面の傾き角γは、前記水平面に対し、10度から50度であり、好ましくは、25度から35度であり、より好ましくは、およそ30度である、ことを特徴とする除去装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の除去装置(10)であって、
前記パイプライン要素(24、26)は、鉛直面および水平面に対し傾いた、互いに平行な2つの異なる平面に含まれるように配されている、ことを特徴とする除去装置。 - 請求項6に記載の除去装置(10)であって、
前記パイプライン要素(24、26)の前記鉛直面に対する前記傾きδは、5度から35度であり、好ましくは、15度から25度であり、より好ましくは、およそ20度である、ことを特徴とする除去装置。 - 請求項6または7に記載の除去装置(10)であって、
前記流体の流れの方向にそって前後に配されたパイプライン要素(24、26)は、異なる平面に含まれるように配されている、ことを特徴とする除去装置。 - 請求項6から8のいずれか1つに記載の除去装置(10)であって、
前記パイプライン・アセンブリ(12)は、第1の直線に沿って配された、第1の平面のパイプライン要素のための開口部(36)、および、前記第1の直線と平行な第2の直線に沿って配された、第2の平面のパイプライン要素のための凹部(38)を備えた冷却フィン(34a、34b)を備える、ことを特徴とする除去装置。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載の除去装置(10)であって、
少なくとも1つの自動閉鎖型プラグ(18、22)、および/または、少なくとも1つの自動閉鎖型着脱式結合器(16、20)が、前記流れの方向から見て前記コンプレッサ(14)の上流、および/または、前記流体排出口(30)の下流に配されている、ことを特徴とする除去装置。
