Abstract
Description
されて周囲組織の間に生体適合性を有するように環境を提供するか、延いては、天然組織のような生体組織としての役割をすることができる。

(1)注射容器に入っているコラーゲン溶液とフィブリングルー製品を用意するステップ、
(2)豚の脚を据置台に固定した後、外科的装備を用いて膝関節軟骨を欠損させ、ドリルを用いて2〜4cm2の欠損部位を誘発するステップ、
(3)注射器に入っているコラーゲン製品を豚膝軟骨欠損部位に注射して満たした後、フィブリングルーをコラーゲンの上に覆ってゲル化させて堅く固定するステップ、
(4)上記(3)の方式と反対に、豚軟骨欠損部位にフィブリングルーを塗布してゲル化させた後、コラーゲンをフィブリングルーゲルの内部に注入して軟骨欠損部位を満たすステップ、
(5)注射部位10cmの上から注射器を用いて滅菌注射用水を下方に撒いて(25mL)、流れる用水に対する抵抗性を確認してゲルの欠損部位固着状態を観察するステップを

前記コラーゲンとヒアルロン酸とを両方向注射器または混合器を用いて相互混合してなされることを特徴とする、軟骨組織修復用組成物。 - 水または生理学的リン酸塩緩衝液を除外した希釈された濃度が5〜60mg/mLのコラーゲンを製造するステップと、
水または生理学的リン酸塩緩衝液を除外した希釈された濃度が5〜20mg/mLのヒアルロン酸を製造するステップと、
前記コラーゲンとヒアルロン酸とを両方向注射器または混合器を用いて相互混合するステップと、
前記混合された軟骨組織修復用組成物を遠心分離機を用いて気泡を除去するステップと、を含むことを特徴とする、軟骨組織修復用組成物の製造方法。 - 前記遠心分離は1〜30℃の室温を維持し、2,000〜5,000Gで遠心分離することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の軟骨組織修復用組成物の製造方法。
- 豚の脚を据置台に固定した後、外科的装備を用いて関節軟骨を欠損させ、ドリルを用いて2〜4cm2の欠損部位を誘発するステップと、
コラーゲンが充填された注射容器に注射針を連結するステップと、
縫合糸を用いて切断部位を縫合し、注射器に入っている濃度が5〜60mg/mLのコラーゲンと濃度が5〜20mg/mLのヒアルロン酸、そしてこれらを相互混合した軟骨組織修復用組成物を豚膝の関節腔(滑液で満たされた空間)に直接注射するステップと、
を経てなされる軟骨組織修復用組成物の使用方法。 - 水または生理学的リン酸塩緩衝液を除外した希釈された濃度が5〜60mg/mLのコラーゲンを製造するステップと、
水または生理学的リン酸塩緩衝液を除外した希釈された濃度が5〜20mg/mLのヒアルロン酸を製造するステップと、
コラーゲン60mg/mLとヒアルロン酸5mg/mLとが9:1〜1:9の割合で混合された検体、またはコラーゲン60mg/mLとヒアルロン酸20mg/mLとが5:5の割合で混合された検体を製造するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、軟骨組織修復用組成物の製造方法。 - (1)注射容器に含まれたコラーゲン溶液とフィブリングルー製品を用意するステップと、
(2)豚の脚を据置台に固定した後、外科的装備を用いて関節軟骨を欠損させ、ドリルを用いて2〜4cm2の欠損部位を誘発するステップと、
(3)注射器に入っているコラーゲン製品を豚膝軟骨欠損部位に注射して満たした後、フィブリングルーをコラーゲンの上に覆ってゲル化させて堅く固定するステップと、
(4)前記(3)の方式と反対に、豚軟骨欠損部位にフィブリングルーを塗布してゲル化させた後、コラーゲンをフィブリングルーゲルの内部に注入して軟骨欠損部位を満たすステップと、
(5)注射部位10cmの上から注射器を用いて滅菌注射用水を下方に撒いて(25mL)、流れる用水に対する抵抗性を確認してゲル状態を確認するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、軟骨組織修復用組成物の使用方法。 - 高粘度のコラーゲンとヒアルロン酸、またはコラーゲンとヒアルロン酸との混合組成物である軟骨修復用組成物をプレフィールドシリンジ注射器に注入して注射が可能な形態に使用することを特徴とする、軟骨組織修復用組成物の使用方法。
- 注射型軟骨注入剤に注射針を連結して適用部位の外科的切開無しで注射針で適用部位に直接挿入して豚膝の関節腔(滑液で満たされた空間)に直接軟骨修復用組成物を注入することを特徴とする、軟骨組織修復用組成物の使用方法。
- 軟骨2〜4cm2を人為的に欠損して実験体を作って、軟骨修復用組成物を青色で染色して実験体に注入し、以後、移植部位を開けて直接欠損部位に満たされた性状を肉眼で確認すると共に、組成物が欠損部位に固着する程度を水に対する洗われ性でも確認することを特徴とする、軟骨組織修復用組成物の使用方法。
