Claims (21)
- 装置本体部と、
前記装置本体部に装置の走行を可能にするように提供される装置走行部と、
前記装置本体部に運送物の自己搭載を可能にするように提供された運送物搭載部と、を含んで構成される、運送装置。 - 前記運送物搭載部は、装置下部で運送物の自己搭載を可能にするように前記装置本体部に提供される、請求項1に記載の運送装置。
- 前記運送物搭載部は、前記装置本体部に多方向移動が可能に提供されて運送物の自己搭載を具現できるように構成される、請求項2に記載の運送装置。
- 前記装置本体部は、メインの第1本体と、
前記第1本体に提供され、運送物搭載部が連係される第2本体と、
前記第2本体に装着され、装置走行部が連係される第3本体と、を含んで構成される、請求項1に記載の運送装置。 - 前記装置走行部は、前記装置本体部に装置の走行方向を制御するように提供される操向手段と、
前記操向手段に連係された連結アームに提供される車輪と、を含んで構成され、少なくとも選択された車輪には駆動源を媒介に動力が印加される、請求項1に記載の運送装置。 - 前記操向手段は、前記装置本体部に備えられた第3本体上に提供され、
前記操向手段と連結アームとの間に本体部の高さ可変を可能にするように連係される第1昇降手段をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の運送装置。 - 前記第1昇降手段は、第3本体に装着されたケーシングと、
前記ケーシングに組み立てられ、下部に連結アームが連結される作動ロードと、を含んで垂直駆動シリンダで構成される、請求項6に記載の運送装置。 - 前記操向手段は、前記ケーシング内に作動ロードとスプライン構造で組み立てられて作動ロードに回転力印加を可能にするように提供される回転支持体と、
前記回転支持体のケーシング突出部分に提供されたギヤ部と噛み合うラック部と連係され、ケーシング上に提供される一つ以上の水平駆動シリンダと、を含んで構成される、請求項7に記載の運送装置。 - 前記駆動源は、前記連結アームが固定されるハウジング、及び車輪が装着されるホイールが連係される回転体を含む減速ギア組立体と、
前記ハウジング側に組み立てられて前記減速ギア組立体と連係されて前記回転体と一体にホイールに動力を印加する有圧モータと、を含んで構成される、請求項5に記載の運送装置。 - 前記運送物搭載部は、装置本体部に備えられた第2本体の両側で水平移動手段を媒介に相対して移動するように提供され、運送物が搭載される運送物搭載手段と、
前記水平移動手段と運送物搭載手段との間に提供される第2昇降手段と、を含んで水平移動及び昇降によって装置下部で運送物の自己搭載を可能にするように構成される、請求項3に記載の運送装置。 - 前記水平移動手段は、前記第2本体に沿って移動可能に提供される移動ブロックと連結され、運送物搭載手段が連係される移動アームと、
前記移動ブロックと第2本体との間に連結される水平駆動シリンダと、を含んで構成される、請求項10に記載の運送装置。 - 前記移動ブロックは、前記第2本体上に提供されたレールに沿って移動する移動ホイールをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の運送装置。
- 前記第2昇降手段は、作動ロードが前記移動アームに装着され、前記運送物搭載手段が連係されるシリンダ本体が前記作動ロード上に組み立てられて運送物の搭載高さの可変を可能にするように提供された垂直駆動シリンダで構成される、請求項11に記載の運送装置。
- 前記運送物搭載手段は、前記シリンダ本体が貫通して組み立てられた長さを有する昇降ロードと、
前記昇降ロードに一つ以上が垂直に提供され、両側で相対するように移動しながら協力して運送物を搭載するように構成された運送物搭載部材と、を含んで構成される、請求項13に記載の運送装置。 - 前記運送物搭載部材は、前記昇降ロードに固定される部材本体と、
前記部材本体の下部に水平に一つ以上提供されて運送物が搭載されるフォーク部と、を含んで構成される、請求項14に記載の運送装置。 - 前記移動アームと昇降ロードとの間に昇降ロードを貫通して提供されながら昇降ロードの昇降を案内する第1ガイドバーと、
前記運送物搭載部材の間を貫通して運送物搭載部材の水平移動を案内するように提供される第2ガイドバーと、を備えるガイド手段をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の運送装置。 - 前記第1ガイドバーに昇降ロードが弾力接触し、スプリングを媒介に提供された第1ストッパと、
前記第2ガイドバーの両側に間隔をおいてそれぞれ提供されて運送物搭載部材が弾力接触するスプリングを媒介に提供された第2ストッパと、をさらに含み、
前記第2ガイドバーは、第2本体上に垂直に提供され、高さが調整された二重管構造の固定管が連結される、請求項16に記載の運送装置。 - 前記第1本体に提供される運転室と、
前記第1本体上に提供され、前記装置走行部及び運送物搭載部と連係されながら、電気及び油空圧系統のパワーを提供し、装置走行部及び運送物搭載部の作動制御を可能にするように提供されたコントロールボックスと、をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の運送装置。 - 前記運送物は、前記運送物搭載部における搭載が可能な板形状の重量物で提供される、請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の運送装置。
- 請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の運送装置を用いる輸送システムであり、
運送物を前記運送装置の運送物搭載部に自己搭載する上車段階と、
前記運送装置の装置走行部によって所望する場所まで移動して運送物を運送する運送段階と、
前記所望する場所において運送装置の運送物搭載部の逆作動によって運送物を下車する下車段階と、を含んで構成される、輸送システム。 - 前記運送物は、板形状の重量物で提供され、前記所望する場所は、ヤード、海上運送設備、及び船舶のうち選択された一つで提供され、運送物下車後には運送装置のみを戻す、請求項20に記載の輸送システム。
