Claims (13)
- 排気ガスターボチャージャ(2)の軸受ハウジング(1)であって、
−軸受ハウジングの穿孔穴(3)に配置されたロータ(5)用の軸受カートリッジ(4)を有し、
−軸受カートリッジ(4)の外周(7)で前記軸受カートリッジ(4)を取り囲む油膜(6)を有する軸受ハウジング(1)において、
−少なくとも1つの分離/シール要素(8、9)であって、
・金属リングとして形成され、
・少なくとも1つの関連の軸受カートリッジの端部領域(10)と、隣接して配置された軸受ハウジングの壁部領域(11)との間で弾性的に張力が加えられる少なくとも1つの分離/シール要素(8、9)を特徴とする軸受ハウジング(1)。 - 前記1つ又は複数の分離/シール要素(8、9)が前記軸受カートリッジ(4)に取り付けられる請求項1に記載の軸受ハウジング。
- 前記1つ又は複数の分離/シール要素(8、9)が、前記シール領域(14、15)の一方により前記軸受カートリッジ(4)の溝に取り付けられる請求項2に記載の軸受ハウジング。
- 前記1つ又は複数の分離/シール要素(8、9)が前記軸受ハウジングの穿孔穴(3)に取り付けられる請求項1に記載の軸受ハウジング。
- 前記1つ又は複数の分離/シール要素(8、9)が、前記シール領域(14、15)の一方により前記軸受ハウジングの穿孔穴(3)の溝に取り付けられる請求項1に記載の軸受ハウジング。
- 前記1つ又は複数の分離/シール要素(8、9)が、少なくとも1つの弾性領域(16)と、前記弾性領域に隣接する少なくとも2つのシール領域(14、15)とを有する請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の軸受ハウジング。
- 前記金属リング(8、9)が正確に0.15mmのシート厚さを有する請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の軸受ハウジング。
- 前記金属リングの材料がばね鋼である請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の軸受ハウジング。
- 前記軸受カートリッジ(4)が平軸受システムとして形成される請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の軸受ハウジング。
- 前記軸受カートリッジ(4)が転がり軸受システムとして形成される請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の軸受ハウジング。
- 別の分離/シール要素(9)であって、
・金属リングとして形成され、
・少なくとも1つの関連の軸受カートリッジの端部領域(10)と、隣接して配置された軸受ハウジングの壁部領域(11)との間で弾性的に張力が加えられる別の分離/シール要素(9)が設けられる請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の軸受ハウジング。 - 排気ガスターボチャージャ(2)であって、
−コンプレッサ(18)を有し、
−タービン(19)を有し、
−軸受ハウジング(1)であって、
・軸受ハウジングの穿孔穴(3)に配置されたロータ(5)用の軸受カートリッジ(4)を有し、
・前記軸受カートリッジ(4)の外周(7)で前記軸受カートリッジ(4)を取り囲む油膜(6)を有する軸受ハウジング(1)を有し、
−少なくとも1つの分離/シール要素(8、9)であって、
・金属リングとして形成され、
・少なくとも1つの関連の軸受カートリッジの端部領域(10)と、隣接する軸受ハウジングの壁部領域(11)との間で弾性的に張力が加えられる少なくとも1つの分離/シール要素(8、9)が設けられる、
排気ガスターボチャージャ(2)。 - 請求項2〜11のいずれか一項を特徴とする請求項12に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
