Claims (11)
- 母材(2)、
シールエレメント(3)及び
少なくとも部分的に前記母材(2)を包囲し、少なくとも部分的に前記シールエレメント(3)を包囲するオーバーモールド材(5)
を包含し、ここで、前記オーバーモールド材(5)が前記シールエレメント(3)を弾性変形状態に保つコンポーネント。 - 前記シールエレメント(3)と前記母材(2)が相互間に1つの閉空間(4)を限定し、その中にガス、特に圧縮ガスが存在する請求項1に記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記母材(2)が、前記シールエレメント(3)で覆われた凹部(23)を有し、これにより、前記空間(4)が母材(2)とシールエレメント(3)の間に作られている請求項2に記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記シールエレメント(3)がポット形又はシェル形の開口部を有し、その開口部が前記母材(2)で覆われており、これにより、母材(2)とシールエレメント(3)の間に前記空間(4)が作られている請求項2に記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記母材(2)が互いに角度を付けた2つの表面(11、12)を有し、この角度を付けた表面(11、12)の間を前記シールエレメント(3)が延び、これにより、母材(2)とシールエレメント(3)の間に前記空間(4)が作られている請求項2に記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記母材(2)及び/又は前記シールエレメント(3)が前記オーバーモールド材(5)により全面包囲されている先行請求項の1項に記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記シールエレメント(3)が、前記母材(2)の互いに角度を付けた2つの表面(11、12)に切れ目なく当たっている請求項1に記載のコンポーネント。
- オーバーモールド成形コンポーネント(1)を製作する方法であって、
母材(2)とシールエレメント(3)を準備するステップ、
前記シールエレメント(3)を前記母材(2)に施着するステップ、及び、
母材(2)とシールエレメント(3)を更なる材料で少なくとも部分的にオーバーモールド成形し、ここで、前記シールエレメント(3)を弾性変形させるステップを包含する方法。 - 前記母材(2)に前記シールエレメント(3)を施着することにより、母材(2)とシールエレメント(3)の間に閉空間(4)が作られ、この空間(4)に閉じ込められたガスが、オーバーモールド成形の間に前記シールエレメント(3)の弾性変形により圧縮される請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記シールエレメント(3)を前記母材(2)の互いに角度を付けた2つの表面に切れ目なく当て、前記シールエレメント(3)が、オーバーモールド成形の間の弾性変形により射出成形工具(7)の中空部(6)に圧入されるようにする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜7の1項に記載のコンポーネントを包含する内燃機関用燃料噴射装置。
