Claims (11)
- 母材(2)、

を包含し、ここで、前記インサート材(4)がオーバーモールド材(6)とシールエレメント(3)の間に配置されているコンポーネント。 - 前記シールエレメント(3)が、前記オーバーモールド材(6)に対して密閉された空間(5)の内部に施着されている請求項1に記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記シールエレメント(3)のための前記空間(5)が、前記インサート材(4)と前記母材(2)により作られている請求項2に記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記インサート材(4)が第1の部分(41)と第2の部分(42)を包含し、前記シールエレメント(3)のための前記空間(5)が、前記インサート材(4)の前記第1の部分(41)と前記第2の部分(42)及び前記母材(2)により作られている請求項2に記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記シールエレメント(3)のための前記空間(5)が、前記インサート材(4)で覆われた前記母材(2)の凹部により作られる請求項2に記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記インサート材(4)及び/又は前記母材(2)が完全にオーバーモールド成形されている先行請求項の1項に記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記インサート材(4)が、前記オーバーモールド材(6)と融着された溶融領域(7)を有する先行請求項の1項に記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記母材が金属材料からなり、及び/又は前記インサート材がプラスチックからなり、及び/又は前記オーバーモールド材がプラスチックからなる先行請求項の1項に記載のコンポーネント。
- 母材(2)をオーバーモールド成形する方法であって、
母材(2)とシールエレメント(3)とインサート材(4)を準備するステップ、
前記シールエレメント(3)を母材(2)とインサート材(4)の間の空間(5)内に配置するステップ、及び、
前記インサート材(4)と前記母材(2)を少なくとも部分的にオーバーモールド成形するステップを包含する方法。 - 前記オーバーモールド成形の間に前記インサート材(4)の溶融領域(7)とオーバーモールド材を融着し、及び/又は、前記インサート材(4)と前記オーバーモールド材(6)をオーバーモールド成形ステップの後、特にプラスチック溶接により融着する請求項9に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜8の1項に記載のコンポーネント(1)を包含する内燃機関用燃料噴射装置。
