Claims (14)
- 穴(2)を密閉する閉塞要素であり、該閉塞要素の閉塞体(3、13、23)は、前記穴(2)に圧入できるように規定した外径を備える閉塞要素であって、前記閉塞体(3、13、23)を、中空体の形で作製することを特徴とする閉塞要素。
- 中空球体の形で作製する閉塞体(3、13、23)の成形、壁厚及び/又は材料の組成を、前記閉塞体を前記穴(2)に圧入する際に弾性変形が起こり、それにより押圧時に、前記穴(2)に対して径外方向に作用する永久的な圧縮力を生じる状態となるように選択することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の閉塞要素。
- 前記閉塞体(3、13、23)の外径を、前記閉塞体を前記穴(2)に圧入した際に規定した弾性変形が起こるように、前記穴(2)の内径に比べて拡径することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の閉塞要素。
- 前記閉塞要素(3)の形は、球状であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の閉塞要素。
- 前記閉塞体(3)を、好適には均一な壁厚を有する球状中空ボールの形で作製することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の閉塞要素。
- 前記閉塞体(13)を、円筒形で作製することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の閉塞要素。
- 前記閉塞体(3、13、23)の空洞(6)を、好適には中央に配置する少なくとも1つの分離ウェブ(7、17、27)によって細分化することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6の何れかに記載の閉塞要素。
- 前記分離ウェブ(7、17、27)を、ピンのように、前記穴軸と同心に配設し、従って前記内部(6)の形は、スリーブ状になることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の閉塞要素。
- 前記閉塞体(3)は多層であり、好適には、外層を、内層より軟質とすることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8の何れかに記載の閉塞要素。
- 前記閉塞体(3)を、鉄鋼等の金属材料で製造することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9の何れかに記載の閉塞要素。
- 前記閉塞体(3)を、2つの半球体を互いに溶接することによって、鋳造によって、3Dプリンタを用いて、スピニング加工によって等で、製造することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至10の何れかに記載の閉塞要素。
- 前記閉塞体(3)を、前記穴(2)に凹入する閉塞栓を伴う閉塞部の拡張要素として圧入できることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至11の何れかに記載の閉塞要素。
- 前記閉塞体(3)を、硬化工程中、誘導硬化及び/又は焼入れ焼戻しによって、前記穴(2)内で処理することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の閉塞要素を製造する方法。
- 前記閉塞体(3)を、発泡体で充填することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
