Claims (12)
- エンジン及びバルブブロック、化学薬品コンテナ、並びに同様のアセンブリの、内圧を受ける孔を密閉するための閉鎖要素であって; 遊びが実質的に無い状態で前記孔に挿入することができる本体(3)と、前記本体(3)に圧入することができる展延要素(8)とを備え、前記展延要素(8)は、設置状態において、前記本体(3)の内壁に径方向圧力を印加する、要素において、
前記本体(3)に閉鎖底部(5)を設け、設置状態で前記本体(3)の側壁が、閉鎖される前記孔の壁に対して、前記展延要素(8)と恊働する前記閉鎖底部(5)に作用する軸方向の力によってほぼ径方向に押圧されるように、前記本体(3)及び前記展延要素(8)の設置深さを互いに適合させ、
前記展延要素(8)は内側縁部(13’)及び又は外側縁部(13)を備えた下面(12)を有しており、
設置状態で、この下面(12)は前記閉鎖底部(5)からわずかに離れているか又はそれに載置されており、
前記内側縁部(13’)及び又は外側縁部(13)で前記閉鎖底部(5)は前記作用する軸方向の力によって曲げられ、それにより前記本体(3)が展延されることを特徴とする、要素。 - 前記閉鎖底部(5)を、前記展延要素(8)の下面(12)の内側縁部(13’)及び/又は外側縁部(13)における前記軸方向の力によって、屈曲させることができ、前記下面(12)は、前記閉鎖底部(5)に対してある程度の距離をとることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の要素。
- 前記本体(3)の前記閉鎖底部(5)は、周辺径方向リング表面(6)及びこれに接続された幾分円錐形状の表面(7)を有し、前記リング表面(6)の幅は、前記展延要素(8)の内側縁部(13’)及び/又は前記外側縁部(13)にわたる前記リング表面(6)の内側縁部領域における軸方向の力として生成される内圧によって、前記閉鎖底部(5)が屈曲するように算定されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の要素。
- 内向きに湾曲した前記閉鎖底部(5)と、帽子状の前記展延要素(8)とを有する、前記中空円筒形本体(3)は、熱成形法によって生成されるシート状金属部品として製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の要素。
- 前記本体(3)に、外向きに突出する支持フランジ(4)を設けることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の要素。
- 前記展延要素(8)を容易に導入するために、前記本体(3)の入口側に円筒形の内側肉薄部(11)を設けることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の要素。
- 前記本体(3)の側壁に、長手方向に延在する凹部、スロット又は窓を設けることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の要素。
- 前記本体(3)の前記外側及び/又は内側表面に、摩擦増大コーティングを施すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の要素。
- 前記本体(3)を拡幅するために、前記展延要素(8)の入口側に外側突起部(10)を設けることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の要素。
- 前記要素は物体を保持するための保持要素であり、前記本体(3)の前記閉鎖底部(5)に作用する前記軸方向の力は、前記物体を保持する軸に沿って発生することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の要素。
- 前記本体(3)及び/又は前記展延要素(8)は、ステンレス鋼又はアルミニウムの、金属から製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の要素。
- 前記本体(3)及び/又は前記展延要素(8)は、グラスファイバ強化プラスチックから製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の要素。
