Claims (7)
- ZIF構造の電気コネクタ用のスリーブ接点(1)であって、
前記スリーブ接点(1)は、相補的な電気プラグ接点(5)を挿入するために収容領域(11)を形成する本体(2)を有し、
前記スリーブ接点(1)は、前記本体(2)に配置され、この本体(2)に対して摺動可能な締付スリーブ(3)を有し、
前記締付スリーブ(3)は、1つの摺動位置で前記スリーブ接点(1)内に挿入可能な前記プラグ接点(5)の接触のために接触力を前記スリーブ接点(1)の前記収容領域に対して発生させる当該スリーブ接点(1)において、
前記締付スリーブ(3)が、追加部品として前記本体(2)内に組み込まれたばね(7)に対して作用し、このばね(7)は、s字状の輪郭を有し、その一方の端部(10)で前記本体(2)に支承されていることによって、前記端部(10)と挿入可能な前記プラグ接点(5)に当接する第1S曲線部(13)との間のより短いレバーアームと、前記端部(10)から前記締付スリーブ(3)のバルジ(15)に当接する第2S曲線部(14)までの、前記より短いレバーアームに比べてより長いレバーアームとを有する一方向だけのレバーを形成することを特徴とするスリーブ接点(1)。 - 前記ばね(7)は、前記本体(2)より厚い材料厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスリーブ接点。
- 前記ばね(7)は、前記本体(2)とは違う材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のスリーブ接点。
- 前記ばね(7)は、鋼ばねとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のスリーブ接点。
- 前記本体(2)は、単一部材から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスリーブ接点。
- 前記締付スリーブ(3)は、弾性に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスリーブ接点。
- 前記収容領域(11)内へ突出している複数の接点(6,6a,6b)が、前記スリーブ接点の底面(9)に形成されていて、これらの接点(6,6a,6b)のうちの少なくとも1つの接点(6b)が、鋭いエッジ状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスリーブ接点。
