Abstract

CONTATO POR LUVA PARA UM CONECTOR ELÉTRICO. É descrito um contato por luva (1) para um conector elétrico tipo plugue de força zero, que apresenta um corpo principal (2), que, por sua vez, forma uma área de acomodação (11) para a inserção de um contato complementar elétrico tipo plugue (5) e, que apresenta uma luva de fixação (3), disposta no corpo principal, que pode deslizar de encontro ao corpo principal, sendo que essa luva de fixação produz uma força de contato na área de acomodação do contato por luva em uma posição de deslize para fazer contato com o conector tipo plugue, que pode ser inserido no contato por luva. A luva de fixação atua sobre uma mola (7), introduzida como uma peça adicional no corpo principal e, que possui um perfil em forma de s e se encontra montada no corpo principal em uma de suas seções finais (10), formando, desta maneira, uma alavanca unilateral com um braço de alavanca mais curto entre a seção final (10) e uma primeira seção de curva S (13), que se encontra disposto no contato tipo plugue, passível de inserção e, um braço de alavanca comparativamente mais longo da primeira seção de curva S (13) até uma segunda seção de curva S (14), que se encontra disposto na reentrância (15) da luva de fixação.
