Claims (6)
- 熱媒体と作動媒体とを熱交換させることにより前記作動媒体を加熱する加熱器と、
前記加熱器から流出した作動媒体が流入する膨張機と、
前記膨張機に接続されるとともに、前記膨張機の動力を回収する動力回収機と、
前記加熱器よりも上方に位置するとともに、前記膨張機から流出した作動媒体を凝縮させる凝縮部と、
前記凝縮部よりも下方に位置するとともに、前記凝縮部において凝縮された作動媒体を前記加熱器へ送るポンプと、を備え、
前記凝縮部と前記ポンプとを繋ぐ接続部は、前記ポンプの流入口に接続される接続端部と、前記接続端部から上方へ向けて屈曲する屈曲部と、前記屈曲部から上方に延びる立ち上げ部と、を有している、熱エネルギー回収装置。 - 前記立ち上げ部の長さが前記ポンプの必要吸込ヘッドよりも長い、請求項1に記載の熱エネルギー回収装置。
- 重力方向において、前記加熱器の存在範囲が前記ポンプと重なる、請求項1または2に記載の熱エネルギー回収装置。
- 熱媒体と作動媒体とを熱交換させることにより前記作動媒体を加熱する加熱器と、
前記加熱器から流出した作動媒体が流入する膨張機と、
前記膨張機に接続されるとともに、前記膨張機の動力を回収する動力回収機と、
前記加熱器よりも上方に位置するとともに、前記膨張機から流出した作動媒体を凝縮させる凝縮部と、
前記凝縮部と前記加熱器とを繋ぐ接続部は、前記加熱器に接続される接続端部と、前記接続端部から上方へ向けて屈曲する屈曲部と、前記屈曲部から上方に延びる立ち上げ部と、を有し、
前記凝縮部または前記立ち上げ部に形成される液相の作動媒体の液面が前記加熱器内に形成される前記液相の作動媒体の他の液面よりも上方に位置し、自重により前記液相の作動媒体が前記加熱器に向かって流れる、熱エネルギー回収装置。 - 前記凝縮部は、作動媒体を冷却するための冷却媒体が流入する第1流路と、前記膨張機から流出した作動媒体が流入する第2流路と、を有し、
前記第2流路を通過する作動媒体の過冷却を防止するために前記第2流路に液相の作動媒体を存在させない、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の熱エネルギー回収装置。 - 前記熱媒体は、エンジンに供給される過給空気、前記エンジンから排出される排ガス、または前記排ガスから熱を回収するエコノマイザからの蒸気の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の熱エネルギー回収装置。
