Claims (4)
- 操作盤のディスプレイに設けた常時表示領域と、実機における複数の主軸及び刃物台の配置に合わせて前記常時表示領域に配置した当該主軸及び刃物台の3次元図形とを備え、各主軸の回転方向に合わせて当該主軸に対応する3次元図形を低速回転する動画として表示し、各刃物台の主軸選択状態を当該刃物台の3次元図形から選択されている主軸の3次元図形に向く矢印図形で表示することを特徴とする、複数の主軸を備えた複合旋盤の機械状態表示装置。
- NC装置から工具駆動モータを備えた刃物台に対する加工指令が旋削加工指令であるかミーリング加工指令であるかの情報を取得し、当該刃物台における工具を表示する図形としてバイトの3次元図形又はドリルの3次元図形を表示し、ドリルの3次元図形を表示したときには対応する工具の回転方向をドリル図形の近傍の矢印で表示することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の機械状態表示装置。
- 操作盤のディスプレイパネルがタッチパネルである複数の主軸を備えた複合旋盤の機械状態表示装置において、前記矢印図形が当該矢印が向く側の主軸を選択させるプログラムの起動ボタンである、請求項1又は2記載の機械状態表示装置。
- 前記主軸の3次元図形が、加工状態が異なる複数のワークの3次元図形を表示した画面を表示するプログラムの起動ボタンであり、前記ワークの3次元図形が、各3次元図形が示す状態のワークが当該主軸に装着されていることをNC装置に教示するボタンであることを特徴とする、請求項1、2又は3記載の機械状態表示装置。
