Abstract
【解決手段】交合接点によって電気的に接触可能な電気接点要素を製造する方法は、第1の電気伝導性材料112からワイヤを製造するステップと、第2の電気伝導性材料からなるシース114でワイヤ表面をコーティングするステップと、長手ワイヤ軸118に沿った方向にシース114を部分的に除去するステップと、長手ワイヤ軸に対して横方向にワイヤを分割することにより、少なくとも1つの円筒状の半製品110を形成するステップと、第2の電気伝導性材料が接点台104に接続されるように半製品を接点台に固定するステップと、接点要素を形成するために溶接された半製品を再成形するステップとを含み、交合接点に対して近接可能な接点領域106を第1の電気伝導性材料によって形成する方法。

Description
本明細書は、例えば、以下を提供する。
(項目1)
交合接点によって電気的に接触可能な電気接点要素(100)を製造する方法であって、
第1の電気伝導性材料(112)のワイヤ(120)に第2の電気伝導性材料のシース(114)を備えるステップと、
ワイヤ長手軸(118)に沿った方向に上記シース(114)を部分的に除去するステップと、
上記ワイヤ長手軸に対して横方向に上記ワイヤを細分割することにより、少なくとも1つの円筒状の半製品(110)を形成するステップと、
上記半製品を接点台(104)に固定するステップであって、その結果、上記第2の電気伝導性材料を上記接点台に接続するステップと、
上記接点要素(100)を形成するために上記溶接された半製品を再成形するステップであって、交合接点に近接可能な接点領域(106)が上記第1の電気伝導性材料によって形成されるステップと
を含む方法。
(項目2)
ワイヤ長手軸(118)に沿った方向に上記シース(114)を部分的に除去する上記ステップが、
軸方向に上記ワイヤの一部を削り取り、その結果、上記ワイヤの円形断面上において、1つのセグメントを除去すること
を含む、項目1に記載の方法。

ワイヤ長手軸に沿った方向に上記コーティングを部分的に除去する上記ステップが、

上記第2の伝導性材料が溶接可能である、項目1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
(項目8)
上記第2の伝導性材料が単体貴金属を含む、項目7に記載の方法。
(項目9)
上記接点要素(100)が電磁リレーのための接点である、項目1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
(項目10)
上記半製品(110)を上記接点台(104)に固定する上記ステップを溶接により行う、項目1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
(項目11)
上記円筒状の半製品(110)を上記接点台に固定するステップにおいて、上記コーティングが除去されている領域が上記接点台からそれるように、上記半製品の円周の円筒表面が上記接点台上にくる状態で上記円筒状の半製品を固定する、項目1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
(項目12)
交合接点によって電気的に接触可能な電気接点要素(100)であって、上記接点要素を項目1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法により製造する電気接点要素。
(項目13)
電気接点要素を製造するための半製品であって、上記半製品が、第1の電気伝導性材料のコア(112)と、 第2の電気伝導性材料のシース(114)とを含み、上記シースを上記半製品の長手軸(118)に沿った方向に少なくとも部分的に除去する半製品。
(項目14)
上記半製品が円筒形である、項目13に記載の半製品。
(項目15)
電気接点を製造するための、項目13または14に記載の半製品の使用。
(項目16)
項目12に記載の少なくとも1つの切り替え可能な接点要素を有する電磁リレー。
