Claims (16)
- 交合接点によって電気的に接触可能な電気接点要素(100)を製造する方法であって、
第1の電気伝導性材料(112)のワイヤ(120)に第2の電気伝導性材料のシース(114)を備えるステップと、
ワイヤ長手軸(118)に沿った方向に前記シース(114)を部分的に除去するステップと、
前記ワイヤ長手軸に対して横方向に前記ワイヤを細分割することにより、少なくとも1つの円筒状の半製品(110)を形成するステップと、
前記半製品を接点台(104)に固定するステップであって、その結果、前記第2の電気伝導性材料を前記接点台に接続するステップと、
前記接点要素(100)を形成するために前記溶接された半製品を再成形するステップであって、交合接点に近接可能な接点領域(106)が前記第1の電気伝導性材料によって形成されるステップと
を含む方法。 - ワイヤ長手軸(118)に沿った方向に前記シース(114)を部分的に除去する前記ステップが、
軸方向に前記ワイヤの一部を削り取り、その結果、前記ワイヤの円形断面上において、1つのセグメントを除去すること
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - ワイヤ長手軸に沿った方向に前記コーティングを部分的に除去する前記ステップが、
前記前の削り取るステップ関して定義された半径方向の角度によってオフセットされた軸方向に前記ワイヤの一部を削り取り、その結果、前記ワイヤの前記円形断面上において、さらに少なくとも1つのセグメントが除去されること
を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。 - ワイヤ長手軸に沿った方向に前記コーティングを部分的に除去する前記ステップが、
軸方向に前記ワイヤを分割し、その結果、前記ワイヤの前記円形断面を分割すること
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の伝導性材料が溶接不可である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の伝導性材料が貴金属/金属酸化物合金を含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の伝導性材料が溶接可能である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の伝導性材料が単体貴金属を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記接点要素(100)が電磁リレーのための接点である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記半製品(110)を前記接点台(104)に固定する前記ステップを溶接により行う、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記円筒状の半製品(110)を前記接点台に固定するステップにおいて、前記コーティングが除去されている領域が前記接点台からそれるように、前記半製品の円周の円筒表面が前記接点台上にくる状態で前記円筒状の半製品を固定する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 交合接点によって電気的に接触可能な電気接点要素(100)であって、前記接点要素を請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法により製造する電気接点要素。
- 電気接点要素を製造するための半製品であって、前記半製品が、第1の電気伝導性材料のコア(112)と、 第2の電気伝導性材料のシース(114)とを含み、前記シースを前記半製品の長手軸(118)に沿った方向に少なくとも部分的に除去する半製品。
- 前記半製品が円筒形である、請求項13に記載の半製品。
- 電気接点を製造するための、請求項13または14に記載の半製品の使用。
- 請求項12に記載の少なくとも1つの切り替え可能な接点要素を有する電磁リレー。
