Abstract

Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの静止電気接点を有するスイッチング機構を備える電気マイクロスイッチであって、前記接点(3、3’)は特定の形状セクションを有し、
前記形状セクションは、長手方向の伸長部と、該長手方向の伸長部に形成されて少なくとも断面で丸い様態に形成された外表面を有する湾曲部と、該湾曲部の外表面に定められた接触領域(5、5’)と、を有する、
ことを特徴とする電気マイクロスイッチ。 - 前記接点(3、3’)は硬質材料で作られる、請求項1に記載のマイクロスイッチ。
- 前記接点(3、3’)は型打ち成形された構成要素である、請求項2に記載のマイクロスイッチ。
- 少なくとも1つの対向接点(4)を備え、前記対向接点は平らな接触領域(6)を有する、請求項1、2、又は3に記載のマイクロスイッチ。
- 導電性材料(9)の層が、接触領域(5、5’、6)の各々に施工される、請求項1から4の何れか1つに記載のマイクロスイッチ。
- 前記導電性材料(9)は貴金属である、請求項5に記載のマイクロスイッチ。
- 前記導電性材料(9)は炭素である、請求項5に記載のマイクロスイッチ。
- 請求項1から7の何れか1つに記載の電気マイクロスイッチを製造する方法であって、
前記少なくとも1つの接点(3、3’)を導電性材料から型打ち成形し、接触領域(5、5’)をエンボス加工する段階と、
前記接点(3、3’)の各々の接触領域(5、5’)を液相の導電性材料(9)で被覆する段階と、
前記導電性材料(9)が硬化した後、前記接点(3、3’)をスイッチハウジングに挿入する段階と、
を含む方法。 - 平らな接触領域(6)を有する少なくとも1つの対向接点(4)を準備する段階と、前記平らな接触領域(6)を液相の導電性材料(9)で被覆する段階と、をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記接点(3、3’、4)の各々の前記接触領域(5、5’、6)を前記導電性材料(9)で被覆する段階は、浸漬プロセスで実行する、請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- 前記接点(3、3’、4)の各々の前記接触領域(5、5’、6)を前記導電性材料(9)でメッキする段階は、吹付けプロセスで実行する、請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- 前記吹付けプロセスのために、少なくとも1つのインクジェットプリンタを使用することを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
