Claims (6)
- 有機ハイドライドの脱水素化により水素を製造する水素製造システムであって、
前記有機ハイドライドの触媒存在下における脱水素反応によって水素を生成する第1脱水素反応装置と、
前記第1脱水素反応装置の生成物が供給され、当該生成物に残留する前記有機ハイドライドの触媒存在下における脱水素反応によって水素を生成する第2脱水素反応装置と
を備え、
前記第1脱水素反応装置で用いられる第1触媒の量は、前記第2脱水素反応装置で用いられる第2触媒の量以下であり、かつ前記第1脱水素反応装置における水素の発生量は、前記第2脱水素反応装置における水素の発生量よりも少ないことを特徴とする水素製造システム。 - 前記第1脱水素反応装置は、断熱型反応器からなり、前記第2脱水素反応装置は、熱交換型反応器からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素製造システム。
- 前記第1脱水素反応装置の生成物の出口温度は、前記第2脱水素反応装置の反応物の入口温度以上に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の水素製造システム。
- 前記第2脱水素反応装置の生成物の出口温度は、当該第2脱水素反応装置の反応物の入口温度よりも高く設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の水素製造システム。
- 前記第1脱水素反応装置の生成物における水素濃度は、10vol%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の水素製造システム。
- 有機ハイドライドの脱水素化により水素を製造する水素製造方法であって、
前記有機ハイドライドの触媒存在下における脱水素反応によって水素を生成する第1脱水素反応工程と、
前記第1脱水素反応工程による生成物が供給され、当該生成物に残留する前記有機ハイドライドの触媒存在下における脱水素反応によって水素を生成する第2脱水素反応工程と
を有し、
前記第1脱水素反応工程で用いられる第1触媒の量は、前記第2脱水素反応工程で用いられる第2触媒の量以下であり、かつ前記第1脱水素反応工程における水素の発生量は、前記第2脱水素反応工程における水素の発生量よりも少ないことを特徴とする水素製造方法。
