Description
図1は本発明の第1実施形態に係る水素貯蔵・輸送システム1の概略構成を示すブロック図であり、図2は第1分離装置における気液分離温度とメチルシクロヘキサン中の被毒物質(すなわち、水素化システム2で回収される最終生成物と共に存在する被毒物質)の量との関係ならびに気液分離温度とメチルシクロヘキサンが重質液に液体として残留することによるメチルシクロヘキサンの随伴量との関係の一例(シミュレーション結果)を示すグラフであり、図3は図2に示した関係について圧力条件を変更した変形例を示すグラフである。
図4は本発明の第2実施形態に係る水素貯蔵・輸送システム1の概略構成を示すブロック図である。図3では、上述の第1実施形態と同様の構成要素については同一の符号を付してあり、また、脱水素システム3については図示を省略している。また、第2実施形態については、以下で特に言及する事項を除いて、第1実施形態と同様とする。

Claims (10)
- 水素化反応により芳香族化合物に水素を付加して、水素化芳香族化合物を生成する固定床多管式反応器からなる水素化反応装置と、
前記水素化反応装置の生成物を前記水素化芳香族化合物の沸点以上に維持した状態で気液分離する第1分離装置と、
前記第1分離装置によって分離された気体に含まれる前記水素化芳香族化合物を分離する第2分離装置と
を備えたことを特徴とする芳香族化合物の水素化システム。 - 前記水素化反応装置の生成物を前記水素化芳香族化合物の沸点以上の所定の温度まで冷却する第1冷却器を更に備え、
前記第1分離装置は、前記第1冷却器によって冷却された前記生成物を気液分離することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の芳香族化合物の水素化システム。 - 前記第1冷却器の冷却能は、前記第1分離装置に設けられた温度計の検出値に基づき制御されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の芳香族化合物の水素化システム。
- 前記第1分離装置で分離された液体には、ビフェニル、ビシクロヘキシル、4,4‐ジメチルビシクロヘキシル、3,3‐ジメチルビシクロヘキシルのうちの少なくとも1つが含まれる請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の芳香族化合物の水素化システム。
- 前記第1分離装置において気液分離される前記生成物を冷却する第2冷却器を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の芳香族化合物の水素化システム。
- 前記第1分離装置において気液分離される前記生成物の温度は、100℃〜220℃の範囲内に維持されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の芳香族化合物の水素化システム。
- 前記第1分離装置によって分離された液体を蒸留する蒸留装置を更に備え、
前記蒸留装置の留出物は、前記第2分離装置によって分離された前記水素化芳香族化合物に混合されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の芳香族化合物の水素化システム。 - 前記蒸留装置は、前記水素化反応装置の反応熱を利用して蒸留を行うことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の芳香族化合物の水素化システム。
- 請求項1から請求項8の何れかに記載の芳香族化合物の水素化システムと、
前記第2分離装置によって分離された前記水素化芳香族化合物から脱水素反応によって水素を生成する脱水素反応装置と
を備えたことを特徴とする水素貯蔵・輸送システム。 - 固定床多管式反応器を用いて行われ、水素化反応により芳香族化合物に水素を付加して、水素化芳香族化合物を生成する水素化反応工程と、
前記水素化反応工程の生成物を前記水素化芳香族化合物の沸点以上に維持した状態で気液分離する第1分離工程と、
前記第1分離工程によって分離された気体に含まれる前記水素化芳香族化合物を気液分離する第2分離工程と
を有することを特徴とする芳香族化合物の水素化方法。
