Abstract
【解決手段】 接点材料は、大気中で使用される接点材料であって、2.0vol%以上10.0vol%未満のニッケルと、20.0vol%以上50.0vol%以下の炭化タングステンと、残部の銀と、不可避不純物とからなる。

Description
下記の表1は、固定接点をAg−WC−Gr(−VC)系合金とし、可動接点をAg−WC−Ni系接点とした場合の実施例E1〜E16と比較例C1〜C8の組成をそれぞれ示すものである。表1の「接点材質」の欄に示す数字は、全て体積比率(vol%)を示している。
実施例2では、可動接点として実施例の範囲のAg−WC−Ni系接点を用いるとともに、固定接点の組成を変更して実施例1と同様の評価試験を行った。下記の表3および表4に結果を示す。

Claims (9)
- 大気中で使用される電気接点材料であって、2.0vol%以上10.0vol%未満のニッケルと、20.0vol%以上50.0vol%以下の炭化タングステンと、残部の銀と、不可避不純物とからなる電気接点材料。
- 前記ニッケルを5.0vol%以上9.0vol%以下含む、請求項1に記載の電気接点材料。
- 大気中で開閉される第1の接点と第2の接点とからなる電気接点対であって、
前記第1の接点は、請求項1または2に記載の電気接点材料からなり、
前記第2の接点は、炭化タングステンと、グラファイトと、銀と不可避不純物とを含む電気接点材料からなる電気接点対。 - 前記第2の接点において、前記銀が65体積%以上含まれている請求項3に記載の電気接点対。
- 前記第2の接点は、ニッケルをさらに含む、請求項3または4に記載の電気接点対。
- 前記第2の接点は、金属炭化物をさらに含む、請求項3から5のいずれかに記載の電気接点対。
- 前記金属炭化物は、炭化バナジウムを含む、請求項6に記載の電気接点対。
- 請求項3から7のいずれかに記載の電気接点対を備える遮断器であって、
前記第1の接点から構成される可動接点と、
前記第2の接点から構成される固定接点と、
前記固定接点と前記可動接点とを開閉させる開閉機構と
を備え、
前記固定接点と前記可動接点と開閉させる動作が大気中で行われる遮断器。 - 100V以上400V以下の電圧が印加されるように構成されている、請求項8に記載の遮断器。
