Description
判定トルク=プライマリ入力トルク÷トルクコンバータトルク比+ATFポンプトルク ・・・(1)
ここで、プライマリ入力トルク[N・m]は下式(1.1)に基づき、トルクコンバータトルク比は下式(1.2)に基づき、ATFポンプトルク[N・m]は下式(1.3)に基づき算出される。
ここで、走行抵抗[N]は下式(1.1.1)に基づいて算出される。また、ファイナルギヤ比、リダクションギヤ比、タイヤ半径には設計値がデータとして記憶される。
トルクコンバータトルク比=トルクコンバータトルク比テーブル(トルクコンバータ速度比) ・・・(1.2)
ここで、トルクコンバータトルク比テーブルは、トルクコンバータ速度比とトルクコンバータトルク比(トルク増幅比)との関係を定めたデータテーブルである。また、トルクコンバータ速度比は下式(1.2.1)に基づいて算出される。
ATFポンプトルク=ATFポンプトルクマップ(エンジン回転数、セカンダリプーリ圧) ・・・(1.3)
ここで、ATFポンプトルクマップはエンジン回転数[rpm]、セカンダリプーリ圧と、ATFポンプトルクとの関係を定めたデータマップである。
ここで、加速抵抗[N]は下式(1.1.1.1)に基づき、空気抵抗[N]は下式(1.1.1.2)に基づき、転がり抵抗[N]は下式(1.1.1.3)に基づいて算出される。
トルクコンバータ速度比=タービン回転数÷エンジン回転数 ・・・(1.2.1)
ここで、車両重量[kg]には設計値がデータとして記憶される。アクセル要求加速度[m/s^2]は下式(1.1.1.1.1)に基づいて算出される。また、急減速判定加速度は、例えば「−3[m/s^2]」に設定される。なお、急減速判定加速度は、特許請求の範囲に記載の減速判定加速度に相当する。
空気抵抗=車速[m/s]^2×CD値×空気密度×前面投影面積÷2 ・・・(1.1.1.2)
ここで、CD値、及び前面投影面積[m^2]には設計値がデータとして記憶される。また、空気密度[kg/m^3]としては例えば常温(20℃)の値がデータとして記憶される。
転がり抵抗=転がり抵抗係数×車両重量×重力加速度[m/s^2] ・・・(1.1.1.3)
ここで、転がり抵抗は、例えば代表的な値を固定値としてデータ化してもよいし、路面状況(例えば砂利道や雪道等)に応じて切り替えるようにしてもよい。
ここで、アクセル要求加速度テーブルは、アクセルペダル開度率[%](全開に対する実アクセル開度の割合)とアクセル要求加速度(特許請求の範囲に記載の運転者の要求加速度に相当)との関係を定めたデータテーブルである。なお、アクセルペダル開度率に代えてアクセルペダル開度を用いてもよい。
以上のようにして判定トルク演算部42により算出された判定トルクは、異常判定部43に出力される。

Claims (7)
- 無段変速機の許容入力トルクに基づいて、エンジンの出力トルクを制限するトルク上限値を設定する設定手段と、
アクセルの操作量から運転者の要求加速度を求め、該要求加速度に応じて車両の走行抵抗を取得し、該車両の走行抵抗および無段変速機の変速比に基づいて、前記トルク上限値の異常を判定するための判定トルクを算出する演算手段と、
前記設定手段により設定されたトルク上限値が前記演算手段により算出された判定トルク以下である場合に、該トルク上限値が異常であると判定する判定手段と、を備えることを特徴とする無段変速機の異常検知装置。 - 前記演算手段は、前記要求加速度に応じて車両の走行抵抗を取得する際に、車両が所定の減速度よりも急な減速をするか否かを判定するための減速判定加速度を考慮して走行抵抗を取得することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無段変速機の異常検知装置。
- 前記判定手段は、前記トルク上限値が判定トルク以下であり、かつ、前記トルク上限値が、エンジン制御装置により設定される目標エンジン軸トルクと略一致している場合に異常であると判定することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の無段変速機の異常検知装置。
- 前記判定手段は、車速が所定速度以上である場合に、前記トルク上限値が異常であるか否かを判定することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の無段変速機の異常検知装置。
- 前記判定手段は、前記トルク上限値が異常と判定される状態が所定時間以上継続した場合に、前記トルク上限値が異常であると確定することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の無段変速機の異常検知装置。
- 前記トルク上限値をエンジン制御装置に出力する出力手段を備え、
前記出力手段は、前記判定手段により、前記トルク上限値が異常であると確定された場合に、該トルク上限値のエンジン制御装置への出力を停止することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の無段変速機の異常検知装置。 - 無段変速機の許容入力トルクに基づいて、エンジンの出力トルクを制限するトルク上限値を設定する設定ステップと、
アクセルの操作量から運転者の要求加速度を求め、該要求加速度に応じて車両の走行抵抗を取得し、該車両の走行抵抗および無段変速機の変速比に基づいて、前記トルク上限値の異常を判定するための判定トルクを算出する演算ステップと、
前記設定ステップで設定されたトルク上限値が前記演算ステップで算出された判定トルク以下である場合に、該トルク上限値が異常であると判定する判定ステップと、を備えることを特徴とする無段変速機の異常検知方法。
