Abstract
【解決手段】導体10上に、密着性向上剤を含む第1のポリアミドイミドからなる第1の層21と、この第1の層上に設けられた、2,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートとダイマー酸ジイソシアネートを合計10〜70モル%含むイソシアネート成分と酸成分を反応させて得られる第2のポリアミドイミドからなる第2の層22と、この第2の層上に設けられた、3,3’,4,4’−ビフェニルテトラカルボン酸ニ無水物50〜80モル%および無水ピロメリット酸20〜50モル%からなる酸成分と4,4’−ジアミノジフェニルエーテルを含むジアミン成分を反応させて得られるポリイミドからなる第3の層23とからなる絶縁皮膜20を具備する。

Description
攪拌機、窒素流入管および加熱冷却装置を備えたフラスコ内に、イソシアネート成分として2,4’−MDI0.60モル、4,4’−MDI0.30モルの混合物、およびダイマー酸ジイソシアネート(DDI)0.10モル、酸成分としてトリメリット酸無水物1.05モルを投入した。溶媒としてN−メチル−2−ピロリドンを酸、イソシアネート成分の合計100部に対し、150部投入し、窒素雰囲気下で攪拌しながら常温から140℃まで2時間かけて昇温させ、この温度で3時間反応させた後、83部のN,N−ジメチルホルムアミド(DMF)で希釈し、常温まで冷却させ、樹脂分30質量%のポリアミドイミド樹脂ワニス(高可とう性PAIと表記)を得た。
(調製例1)
攪拌機、窒素流入管および加熱冷却装置を備えたフラスコ内に、酸成分として3,3’,4,4’−ビフェニルテトラカルボン酸ニ無水物(BPDA)0.60モル、および無水ピロメリット酸(PMDA)0.40モル、ジアミン成分として4,4’−ジアミノジフェニルエーテル(DDE)1.02モルを投入した。溶媒としてN−メチル−2−ピロリドンを酸、ジアミン成分の合計100部に対し、400部投入し、窒素雰囲気下で2時間反応させた後、樹脂分20質量%のポリイミド樹脂ワニス(C−1)を得た。
調製例1と同様の方法で、表1に示す通り、酸成分の比率を変更して、ポリイミド樹脂ワニス(C−2)〜(C−6)を得た。
(実施例1)
厚さ1.9mm、幅3.4mmの平角銅導体上に、密着性向上剤を含むポリアミドイミド樹脂ワニス(東特塗料(株)製 商品名 AI−505;高密着PAIと表記)を塗布し焼付けて20μm厚の皮膜(第1層)を形成し、次いで、この第1層上に、上記高可とう性PAIを塗布し焼付けて60μm厚の皮膜(第2層)を形成し、さらに、この第2層上に、上記表1に示すポリイミド樹脂ワニス(C−1)を塗布し焼付けて20μm厚の皮膜(第3層)を形成し、絶縁電線を得た。
平角導体の種類、サイズ、第3層の形成に使用するポリイミド樹脂ワニスの種類、第1層〜第3層の皮膜厚の少なくとも1つの条件を変えた以外は、実施例1と同様にして絶縁電線を得た。
表4に記載の構成、寸法により、絶縁電線を得た。
[ガラス転移点(Tg)]
熱機械分析装置を用いて第1層および第2層を構成する材料のガラス転移点(Tg)を測定した。
[耐熱劣化性]
長さ30cmの絶縁電線試料を250℃で48時間加熱劣化させた後、標点間距離10cm、引張速度3mm/分の条件で引張試験を行い、下記の基準で評価した。
◎:伸び7mm以上にて絶縁皮膜の割れや亀裂の発生なし
○:伸び3mm以上7mm未満にて絶縁皮膜の割れや亀裂の発生なし
△:伸び2mm以上3mm未満にて絶縁皮膜の割れや亀裂の発生なし
×:伸び2mm未満にて絶縁皮膜の割れや亀裂の発生あり
[耐加工性]
長さ25cmの絶縁電線試料を30%伸長させ、エッジワイズ曲げ試験を行い、下記の基準で評価した(n=40)。
◎:亀裂の発生なし
○:亀裂発生率5%未満
△:亀裂発生率5%以上10%未満
×:亀裂発生率10%以上
[密着性]
絶縁皮膜と導体との180°剥離試験を行い、絶縁皮膜の密着力(g/mm)を測定した。
[耐摩耗性]
摩耗試験機を用いて、摩耗長さ4000m、荷重1.2kgの条件で、絶縁電線同士の往復摩耗試験を行い、下記の基準で評価した。
◎:皮膜残存率略100%
○:皮膜残存率80%以上
△:皮膜残存率50%以上80%未満
×:皮膜残存率50%未満
[耐油性]
長さ25cmの絶縁電線試料を所定長さ伸長させ、所定温度のトランスミッション用オイルに所定時間浸漬し、亀裂発生率を調べた(n=15)。
[耐湿熱性]
長さ25cmの絶縁電線試料を所定温度、所定湿度環境下で所定時間放置後、フラットワイズ曲げ試験を行い、下記の基準で評価した(n=40)。
◎:5mmφ未満の曲げ径にて絶縁皮膜の割れや亀裂の発生なし
○:5mmφ以上10mmφ未満の曲げ径にて絶縁皮膜の割れや亀裂の発生なし
△:10mmφ以上20mmφ未満の曲げ径にて絶縁皮膜の割れや亀裂の発生なし
×:20mmφ以上の曲げ径にて絶縁皮膜の割れや亀裂の発生あり
Claims (8)
- 導体上に、密着性向上剤を含む第1のポリアミドイミドからなる第1の層と、この第1の層上に設けられた、2,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートとダイマー酸ジイソシアネートを合計10〜70モル%含むイソシアネート成分と酸成分を反応させて得られる第2のポリアミドイミドからなる第2の層と、3,3’,4,4’−ビフェニルテトラカルボン酸ニ無水物50〜80モル%および無水ピロメリット酸20〜50モル%からなる酸成分と4,4’−ジアミノジフェニルエーテルを含むジアミン成分を反応させて得られるポリイミドからなる第3の層とからなる絶縁皮膜を具備することを特徴とする絶縁電線。
- 前記第3の層の酸成分が、3,3’,4,4’−ビフェニルテトラカルボン酸ニ無水物55〜65モル%および無水ピロメリット酸35〜45モル%からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の絶縁電線。
- 前記第1〜第3の層の厚みの前記絶縁皮膜全体の厚みに対する比率が、前記第1の層が10〜20%、前記第2の層が10〜75%、前記第3の層が10〜75%であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の絶縁電線。
- 前記第1〜第3の層の厚みの前記絶縁皮膜全体の厚みに対する比率が、前記第1の層が10〜20%、前記第2の層が55〜75%、前記第3の層が15〜30%であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の絶縁電線。
- 前記第2のポリアミドイミドのガラス転移点(Tg)が200〜270℃であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載の絶縁電線。
- 前記絶縁皮膜全体の厚みが60〜200μmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5いずれか1項記載の絶縁電線。
- 前記導体が、平角導体からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項記載の絶縁電線。
- 前記平角導体は、幅2.0〜7.0mm、厚さ0.7〜3.0mmの矩形状断面を有することを特徴とする請求項7記載の絶縁電線。
