Claims (4)
- 金属板をプレス加工することにより複数の導電端子が並列した状態で形成され、前記導電端子の一端側に弾性撓み可能な接触部を有し、他端側に雄タブ部を有し、前記接触部の並列ピッチと前記雄タブ部の並列ピッチとが異なる中継コネクタ用端子であって、前記導電端子の雄タブ部が前記金属板を当該雄タブ部の長手方向と平行な折り目にて折り返し曲げ加工して形成されたことを特徴とする中継コネクタ用端子。
- 隣り合う前記導電端子の雄タブ部の折り返し曲げ加工の方向が互いに逆方向である請求項1記載の中継コネクタ用端子。
- 複数の前記導電端子の雄タブ部の折り返し曲げ加工の方向が全て同方向である請求項1記載の中継コネクタ用端子。
- 金属板をプレス加工することにより一端側に弾性撓み可能な接触部を有し、他端側に雄タブ部形成領域を有する導電端子素材を複数並列した状態で且つ前記接触部の並列ピッチと前記雄タブ部形成領域の並列ピッチとが異なる状態に形成する工程と、前記金属板における前記導電端子素材の雄タブ部形成領域を当該雄タブ部の長手方向と平行な折り目にて折り返し曲げ加工して雄タブ部を所定の厚みに形成する工程と、を備え、隣り合う前記導電端子の雄タブ部の折り返し曲げ加工の方向が互いに逆方向であることを特徴とする中継コネクタ用端子製造方法。
