Abstract
【解決手段】車高調整装置10は、車体の各車輪に対応して備えられて作動流体の給排にしたがって車高を調整する複数の空気ばね12および車高調整弁14(車高調整部)と、作動流体の供給源となる圧力タンク26と、空気ばね12側と圧力タンク26との間に介在する複数の開閉弁(第1開閉弁24a、第2開閉弁24b、第3開閉弁24c、第4開閉弁24d)と、空気ばね12の車高調整可能範囲内で、走行時に取り得る走行車高範囲の中央値より低車高側に規定される保管車高範囲で空気ばね12の車高を調整するECU56(制御部)と、を備える。ECU56は、所定の車両停止条件が成立した場合、保管車高範囲のいずれかの位置に空気ばね12の車高を調整する。

Claims (7)
- 車体の各車輪に対応して備えられて作動流体の給排にしたがって車高を調整する複数の車高調整部と、
前記作動流体の供給源と、
前記車高調整部側と前記供給源との間に介在する複数の開閉弁と、
前記車高調整部の車高調整可能範囲内で、走行時に取り得る走行車高範囲の中央値より低車高側に規定される保管車高範囲で前記車高調整部の車高を調整する制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、所定の車両停止条件が成立した場合、前記保管車高範囲のいずれかの位置に前記車高調整部の車高を調整する車高調整装置。 - 前記保管車高範囲は、前記走行時に取り得る車高範囲の下限値以下の範囲である請求項1記載の車高調整装置。
- 前記制御部は、停車状態で、車両電源オフ情報とパーキング情報とドア施錠情報と保管時下降指示情報のうち少なくとも1つを取得した場合に前記所定の車両停止条件が成立したとみなす請求項1または請求項2に記載の車高調整装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記所定の車両停止条件が成立した後、所定期間経過後に前記保管車高範囲のいずれかの位置に前記車高調整部の車高を調整する請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の車高調整装置。
- 前記供給源は、前記作動流体を貯留する圧力タンクと、前記作動流体を圧送するコンプレッサとを含み、
前記複数の開閉弁は、
一端側が前記圧力タンクに接続される第1開閉弁及び第2開閉弁と、一端側が前記コンプレッサの流出側と前記第2開閉弁の他端側に接続されるとともに他端側が前記車高調整部側に接続される第3開閉弁と、一端側が前記コンプレッサの流入側と前記第1開閉弁の他端側に接続されるとともに他端側が前記車高調整部側と接続される第4開閉弁を含み、
前記制御部は、
前記圧力タンクから前記車高調整部へ両者間の圧力差により前記作動流体を流動させる場合、前記第1開閉弁と前記第4開閉弁を開弁して形成する第1流路系と前記第2開閉弁と前記第3開閉弁を開弁して形成する第2流路系の少なくとも一方を選択する請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の車高調整装置。 - 前記供給源は、前記作動流体を貯留する圧力タンクと、前記作動流体を圧送するコンプレッサとを含み、
前記複数の開閉弁は、
一端側が前記圧力タンクに接続される第1開閉弁及び第2開閉弁と、一端側が前記コンプレッサの流出側と前記第2開閉弁の他端側に接続されるとともに他端側が前記車高調整部側に接続される第3開閉弁と、一端側が前記コンプレッサの流入側と前記第1開閉弁の他端側に接続されるとともに他端側が前記車高調整部側と接続される第4開閉弁を含み、
前記制御部は、
前記圧力タンクから前記車高調整部へ両者間の圧力差により前記作動流体を流動させる場合、前記第1開閉弁と前記第4開閉弁を開弁して形成する第1流路系と前記第2開閉弁と前記第3開閉弁を開弁して形成する第2流路系を用いる請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の車高調整装置。 - 前記コンプレッサの流出側には、流体再生装置と絞り機構が配置され、前記第2開閉弁の一端側と前記第3開閉弁の一端側とが互いに接続されるとともに前記絞り機構に接続されている請求項5または請求項6に記載の車高調整装置。
