Claims (4)
- 一次側に印加される直流電圧を変圧して二次側に出力するトランスと、
前記トランスの一次側に印加される電圧を周期的に切り替えるスイッチと、
前記トランスの二次側に流れる負荷電流を検出する負荷電流検出回路と、
前記負荷電流検出回路が検出した負荷電流の大きさが所定のしきい値より小さくなったときに、前記スイッチを切り替える周波数を第1周波数から前記第1周波数よりも小さい第2周波数に切り替え、前記負荷電流検出回路が検出した負荷電流の大きさが所定のしきい値より大きくなったときに、前記スイッチを切り替える周波数を前記第2周波数から前記第1周波数に切り替えるスイッチング周波数切替回路と、
を有することを特徴とするDC/DCコンバータ。 - 前記スイッチング周波数切替回路は、前記スイッチを切り替える周波数を第1周波数から前記第1周波数よりも小さい第2周波数に切り替えるときに、周波数を徐々に減少させる、請求項1に記載のDC/DCコンバータ。
- 前記スイッチを切り替える周波数を第1周波数から前記第2周波数に切り替えるときの遷移時間は、前記スイッチを切り替える周波数を第2周波数から前記第1周波数に切り替えるときの遷移時間よりも長い、請求項2に記載のDC/DCコンバータ。
- 前記スイッチは、複数のMOSトランジスタを有する、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のDC/DCコンバータ。
