Claims (4)
- 電力駆動され、初期位置からの作動量に応じてブレーキ液圧を発生する液圧発生手段と、
前記液圧発生手段から供給されるブレーキ液圧によって駆動される摩擦制動手段と、
前記液圧発生手段の実作動量を検出する実作動量検出手段と、
前記摩擦制動手段に供給される実ブレーキ液圧を検出する実ブレーキ液圧検出手段と、
運転者による制動操作量を検出する制動操作量検出手段と、
前記制動操作量に応じて目標ブレーキ液圧を設定する目標ブレーキ液圧設定手段と、
前記目標ブレーキ液圧に応じた目標作動量を設定し、当該目標作動量と前記実作動量との偏差に基づいて前記液圧発生手段を制御する第1制御手段と、
前記目標ブレーキ液圧と前記実ブレーキ液圧との偏差に基づいて前記液圧発生手段を制御する第2制御手段と、
前記第1制御手段による制御と前記第2制御手段による制御とを切り替える切替手段と、
前記制動操作量が低減する戻し操作の際に、前記切替手段によって前記第2制御手段による制御から前記第1制御手段による制御に切り替えられたときに、前記液圧発生手段の作動量を制限する制限手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする車両用ブレーキ装置。 - 前記制限手段は、前記実作動量が初期値になるまで前記液圧発生手段の作動量を制限することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両用ブレーキ装置。
- 前記制限手段は、前記切替手段による制御の切替時における前記第2制御手段による前記液圧発生手段の作動量を上限値として前記液圧発生手段の作動量を制限することを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両用ブレーキ装置。
- 前記切替手段は、前記制動操作量が低減する戻し操作の際に、前記実ブレーキ液圧が初期値になった後に前記第2制御手段による制御から前記第1制御手段による制御に切り替えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の車両用ブレーキ装置。
