Description
は液圧モジュレータHの作動頻度が極端に高くなり、液圧モジュレータHの第1、第2電動オイルポンプ19A,19Bの作動に伴う液圧のキックバックがマスタシリンダCmを介してブレーキペダルP2に伝達されてしまい、ブレーキフィーリングが損なわれるだけでなく、液圧モジュレータHが作動音を発したり、液圧モジュレータHの消費電力が増加したりするという、通常の作動頻度では問題にならない問題が発生する。

Claims (5)
- 運転者のブレーキペダル踏力が倍力されずに伝達されてブレーキ液圧を発生するマスタシリンダ(Cm)と、電動オイルポンプ(19A,19B)が発生したブレーキ液圧で前記マスタシリンダ(Cm)が発生したブレーキ液圧を昇圧可能な液圧昇圧装置(H)とを備える電気自動車の制動装置であって、
走行用の電動機(M)に接続されたバッテリ(B)の充電率が閾値未満のときに液圧制動および回生制動を併用する通常制動モードと、前記バッテリ(B)の充電率が閾値以上のときに液圧制動を許可して回生制動を制限する回生制動制限モードとが切り換え可能であり、
前記回生制動制限モードにおいて運転者のブレーキペダル踏力が所定時間に亙って第1踏力未満の場合に、前記液圧昇圧装置(H)の作動を抑制することを特徴とする電気自動車の制動装置。
- 前記液圧昇圧装置(H)の作動の抑制中に、運転者のブレーキペダル踏力が前記第1踏力よりも大きい第2踏力に達するまでの間は、前記液圧昇圧装置(H)の作動を徐々に抑制することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気自動車の制動装置。
- 前記液圧昇圧装置(H)の作動の抑制中に、運転者のブレーキペダル踏力が前記第2踏力よりも大きい第3踏力に達した場合は、前記液圧昇圧装置(H)の作動の抑制を解除することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電気自動車の制動装置。
- 前記通常制動モードから前記回生制動制限モードに移行したことを運転者に報知する報知装置(I)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の電気自動車の制動装置。
- 前記回生制動制限モードから前記通常制動モードに移行したことを運転者に報知する報知装置(I)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の電気自動車の制動装置。
