Abstract
【解決手段】オイルクーラは、複数のコアプレート5が積層されてなるコア部1と、底部プレート2と、第2底部プレート3と、トッププレート4と、を有し、これらが炉内でろう付けされている。コアプレート5は、オイル連通孔と冷却水連通孔14とオイル出口孔15とを有し、最下端のコアプレート5は、冷却水連通孔14を囲むボス部16と、オイル出口孔15を囲むボス部17と、を有する。底部プレート2には、これらボス部16,17に対向する開口部32,33が形成されている。従って、溶融したろう材が開口部32,33に吸収され、ボス部16,17に過剰に集まることがない。

Claims (7)
- 複数のコアプレートを積層してなるコア部が、上記コアプレートよりも相対的に厚い底部プレートの上にろう付けされるとともに、上記底部プレートに接合される最下端のコアプレートの一部に、両者の接合基準面から離れるボス部を備えてなる熱交換器において、
上記底部プレートの上記ボス部に対向する位置に、凹部もしくは開口部からなる空間部が設けられていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 上記ボス部の頂面に連通孔が開口していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 上記ボス部が、隣接するコアプレートにろう付けされていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。
- 上記ボス部の投影面の全体を含む大きさに上記空間部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 上記ボス部の投影面の一部と重なるように上記空間部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 上記空間部の外周縁が、内周側に突出した突出部と外周側に後退した凹部とに繰り返し変化する凹凸形状をなしている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 上記凹部の外周側頂点に外接する外接円が上記ボス部の投影面の外周側に位置する、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の熱交換器。
