Description
複数のコアプレートを積層してなるコア部の底面に、1枚もしくは複数枚のプレート部材からなる底部プレートが積層されており、
上記底部プレートは、流体入口ポートと流体出口ポートとを有し、
上記コア部は、コアプレート間の流体通路と連通しつつ流体をコア部の積層方向の底部プレートとは反対側へ案内する積層方向に沿った2つの第1の通路と、コアプレート間の流体通路から独立して積層方向の底部プレートへ向かう方向へ流体を案内する積層方向に沿った第2の通路と、を有し、上記コア部の底面には、一方の第1の通路の端部が上記流体入口ポートと連通するようにして開口するとともに、他方の第1の通路の端部が補助流体連通孔として開口し、かつ上記第2の通路の端部が上記流体出口ポートに連通するようにして開口しており、
コア部の頂部において少なくとも一方の第1の通路と上記第2の通路とが連通しており、
上記底部プレートには、上記補助流体連通孔と上記流体出口ポートとを連通する補助通路が形成されている。

Claims (3)
- 複数のコアプレートを積層してなるコア部の底面に、1枚もしくは複数枚のプレート部材からなる底部プレートが積層されており、
上記底部プレートは、流体入口ポートと流体出口ポートとを有し、
上記コア部は、コアプレート間の流体通路と連通しつつ流体をコア部の積層方向の底部プレートとは反対側へ案内する積層方向に沿った2つの第1の通路と、コアプレート間の流体通路から独立して積層方向の底部プレートへ向かう方向へ流体を案内する積層方向に沿った第2の通路と、を有し、上記コア部の底面には、一方の第1の通路の端部が上記流体入口ポートと連通するようにして開口するとともに、他方の第1の通路の端部が補助流体連通孔として開口し、かつ上記第2の通路の端部が上記流体出口ポートに連通するようにして開口しており、
コア部の頂部において少なくとも一方の第1の通路と上記第2の通路とが連通しており、
上記底部プレートには、上記補助流体連通孔と上記流体出口ポートとを連通する補助通路が形成されている、ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 上記コア部の頂面に、少なくとも一方の第1の通路の第2の端部と上記第2の通路の第2の端部とがそれぞれ開口しているとともに、頂部プレートが積層されており、この頂部プレートによって形成される連通路によって、上記第1の通路の第2の端部と上記第2の通路の第2の端部とが互いに接続されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 上記コア部は、積層方向に複数の領域に区分されて、これら複数の領域を流体がUターンしつつ順次に流れるように構成されており、
上記他方の第1の通路は、流体がUターンする中間の流路を構成している、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。
