Abstract
【解決手段】オイルクーラのコア部1は、基本的な形状が同一な4種類のコアプレート4、5、6、7を所定の順序で積層することで、各コアプレート4、5、6、7の間にオイル流路8と冷却水流路9とが交互に構成される。そして、これらのコアプレート4、5、6、7のうち、第2コアプレート6は、他のコアプレート4、5、7の周縁部4b、5b、7bに対して、その周縁部6bの一部が高くなり、本体部6aの周方向で周縁部6bの高さが変化するよう形成されている。

Claims (3)
- 平板状の本体部と、前記本体部の外周に全周に亙って形成された外側に向かって開口するテーパ状の周縁部と、を有するコアプレートを多数積層し、該コアプレートの積層方向で隣接するコアプレート同士の周縁部が互いに接合され、積層されたコアプレートの本体部間の隙間に、オイル流路と冷却水流路とが交互に構成されたオイルクーラにおいて、
積層される複数のコアプレートは、前記本体部の形状が異なる少なくとも2種類以上のコアプレートから構成され、
積層される複数のコアプレートの内の一種類のコアプレートは、このコアプレートとは本体部の形状が異なる他の種類のコアプレートに対して、前記周縁部の一部が高くなり、前記本体部の周方向で前記周縁部の高さが変化するよう形成されていることを特徴とするオイルクーラ。 - 周縁部の一部が高くなるコアプレートは、その周縁部の高さが変化する部分の該周縁部の先端が同一平面上に位置するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオイルクーラ。
- 積層される複数のコアプレートは、前記コアプレートの積層方向で前記オイル流路同士を連通させる一対のオイル連通孔と、前記コアプレートの積層方向で前記冷却水流路同士を連通させる一対の冷却水連通孔と、が前記本体部に形成され、前記一対のオイル連通孔が前記本体部の中心に関して対称となるように位置する第1コアプレートと、前記第1コアプレートにおける一対のオイル連通孔のうちの一方のオイル連通孔を閉塞してなり、前記コアプレート積層方向に対して直交する向きでオイルの流れる向きを変更する第2コアプレートと、を有し、
前記第1コアプレートは、前記周縁部の高さが全周に亙って同じ高さとなるように形成され、前記第2コアプレートは、周縁部の一部が高くなり、前記本体部の周方向で前記周縁部の高さが変化するよう形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のオイルクーラ。
