Abstract
【解決手段】ブロアによって送られる空気が車室内に吹き出す吹き出し口の開口直前位置に、個々に電気ヒータ7が配置されている。電気ヒータ7は、吹き出し口に装填される円筒状のケース15と、このケース15内に配置される発熱シート16と、から構成される。発熱シート16は、炭素繊維を抄紙した導電性繊維シートからなり、1本の連続した細長い帯状に形成され、かつケース15のピン22に沿って放射状に折り返されている。空気は、発熱シート16の表面に沿って流れる間に加熱される。

Claims (4)
- ブロアによって送られる空気が車室内に吹き出す吹き出し口に、個々に電気ヒータを配置した車両用暖房装置であって、
上記電気ヒータは、通電により発熱する細長い帯状に形成した発熱シートを、表面が吹き出し口の流れ方向に沿うようにしつつ複数回折り返してケースに収容してなる、車両用暖房装置。 - 上記ケースは、上記発熱シートの折り返し部の内側に位置する複数のピンを備えており、上記発熱シートは、このピンに沿って折り返されている、請求項1に記載の車両用暖房装置。
- 上記ケースの外周部に配置された複数のピンと内周部に配置された複数のピンとを有し、これらのピンに沿って上記発熱シートが放射状に折り返されている、請求項2に記載の車両用暖房装置。
- 上記発熱シートは、導電性繊維を抄紙した導電性繊維シートからなる、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の車両用暖房装置。
