Abstract
【解決手段】外部から供給された加圧エアが、第1エア通路15を流通中に加圧エア加熱用ヒータ16と下側ヒータブロック加熱用ヒータ13で加熱された下側ヒータブロック10の2系統の加熱手段よって加熱されて高温加圧エアとなり、第2エア通路25を流通中に該第2エア通路25を構成する第1エアチャンバ26、第1エア絞り部28、第2エアチャンバ27及び第1エア絞り部28よりも合計断面積が小さい第2エア絞り部29によって加圧されて高温高加圧エアとなり、第4エア通路45を流通中に該第4エア通路45を構成する波状板エア経路55によって所定の流通方向に誘導されてスリット部47を介して外部に噴出され、ワーク60の所定の部分62bに吹き付けられて加熱溶融する。

Claims (3)
- 外部から供給したエアを流通途中に設けた加熱手段と加圧手段によって加熱加圧して外部に噴出し、それによって樹脂部材の所定の部分を溶融する樹脂部材の溶着装置であって、
前記加熱手段は、前記エアを直接的及び/又は間接的に加熱するヒータであり、
前記加圧手段は、前記エアが、該エアの流通方向の下流に位置するにつれて合計流通断面積が小さくなる、夫々複数のエア絞り部からなる複数のエア絞り部群を流通することにより加圧される前記複数のエア絞り部群であり、
前記複数のエア絞り部群の夫々は、所定空間容積を有するエアチャンバの出口経路を形成していることを特徴とする樹脂部材の溶着装置。 - 前記複数のエア絞り部群の下流に、交互に連続する山と谷が平行に延設された形状の波状板で形成された波状板エア通路が設けられ、前記加熱手段及び前記加圧手段で加熱加圧されたエアが前記波状板エア通路を流通することにより所定の方向に誘導されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂材料の溶着装置。
- 前記波状板エア通路の下流に、前記エア絞り部群のうちの最も小さい合計流通断面積よりも更に小さい面積のエア噴出口が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の樹脂材料の溶着装置。
