Description
Claims (9)
- レーザを合焦させるための合焦レンズの下で固定するためのレーザ溶接ヘッド(1)であって、ヘッドは少なくとも、
環状出口(18)の上流のプレナムチャンバ(15)を含む環状ノズルであって、保護ガスを噴射するための、レーザ溶接ヘッド(1)を通る遮られない光軸(O)を中心に配置された環状ノズル(5)と、
横断空気流によって合焦レンズを保護するための保護チャンバ(3)であって、空気導入口(9)、および前記光軸(O)に対して実質的に直角な平面内で空気導入口(9)と位置合わせされた空気排出口(10)を有し、前記空気排出口がレーザ溶接ヘッド(1)の進行方向(A)と反対の方向に配向されている保護チャンバと、を備える、レーザ溶接ヘッド(1)。 - 保護チャンバ(3)と環状ノズル(5)との間に少なくとも1つの横開口(13)を有する、請求項1に記載のレーザ溶接ヘッド(1)。
- 前記空気排出口(10)の下流の空気偏向器(6)を含む、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ溶接ヘッド(1)。
- 前記保護チャンバ(3)が、前記光軸(O)を中心に位置する少なくとも1つの環状ワッシャ(11、12)によって軸方向に画定されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ溶接ヘッド(1)。
- 前記環状ノズル(5)が、プレナムチャンバ(15)と環状出口(18)との間のベント通路(17)を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ溶接ヘッド(1)。
- 保護ガスを噴射するための第二ノズル(21)をさらに含み、第二ノズルはレーザ溶接ヘッド(1)の進行方向(A)に対して環状ノズル(5)の後ろに配置されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ溶接ヘッド(1)。
- 保護チャンバ(3)と環状ノズル(5)との間に介在する熱的および/または電気的絶縁材料で作られた要素(4)を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ溶接ヘッド(1)。
- 環状ノズル(5)からの出口(18)と保護チャンバ(3)との間の距離(d)は調整可能である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ溶接ヘッド(1)。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ溶接ヘッド(1)を用いるレーザ溶接方法であって、レーザビーム(L)は光軸(O)に沿って環状ノズル(5)の下に位置する焦点(F)に合焦し、その間に保護ガスが前記環状ノズル(5)を通じて前記焦点(F)を中心に噴射され、前記保護チャンバ(3)内の横断空気流(C)が合焦レンズを保護し、レーザ溶接ヘッド(1)が光軸(O)に対して直角な進行方向に沿って前進する、レーザ溶接方法。
