Abstract
Description
即ち、本発明によれば、フルオロリン酸の生成においては、リンのオキソ酸、オキソ酸無水物及びオキシハロゲン化物からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種と、無水フッ化水素酸とを、有機溶媒を用いずに反応させて行うので、有機溶媒に対する防曝対策が不要となり、製造設備における仕様の複雑化を防止することができる。また、有機溶媒中の有用物の分離・回収や廃棄処理等の問題もない。
本実施の形態に係るジフルオロリン酸塩の製造方法は、フルオロリン酸を生成する工程と、フルオロリン酸溶液中にジフルオロリン酸塩を生成する工程と、ジフルオロリン酸塩を含むフルオロリン酸を加熱乾燥することにより、余剰なフルオロリン酸を留去する工程、又はフルオロリン酸中において晶析操作によって析出した析出物を当該フルオロリン酸中から固液分離し、前記析出物に含まれるフルオロリン酸を留去する工程の何れかとを含む。
<フルオロリン酸の調製>
HF100gを内容積1LのPFAボトルに分取して攪拌しながら−10℃まで冷却を行い、284gのP2O5を少量ずつゆっくりと添加した。冷却はP2O5の添加が終了するまでの間、1時間行った。さらに、添加したP2O5を完溶させるために、得られた混合溶液を、窒素雰囲気下で攪拌しながら80℃にて5時間加温した。これにより、フルオロリン酸溶液380gを得た。
前記フルオロリン酸溶液138gを内容積1LのPFA容器に量り取り、これに六フッ化リン酸リチウム107gを窒素雰囲気下で添加した。六フッ化リン酸リチウムの添加時のフルオロリン酸溶液の液温は、30℃とした。その後、窒素気流下で130℃、20時間の条件で加熱乾燥し、濃縮乾固を行った。これにより、白色結晶73.5gを得た。
<フルオロリン酸の調製>
前記実施例1と同様にしてフルオロリン酸溶液380gを得た。
前記フルオロリン酸溶液126gを内容積1LのPFA容器に量り取り、これに六フッ化リン酸リチウム50gを窒素雰囲気下で添加した。六フッ化リン酸リチウムの添加時のフルオロリン酸溶液の液温は、50℃とした。さらに、六フッ化リン酸リチウム添加後のフルオロリン酸溶液を−20℃まで冷却し、晶析を行った。これにより、フルオロリン酸溶液と析出物とからなるスラリー溶液を得た。
六フッ化リン酸リチウム(試薬:ステラケミファ株式会社製)36gを内容積1LのPFA容器に量り取り、フッ化リチウム(試薬:ステラケミファ製)11.8g、五酸化二リン(試薬:和光純薬製)66.7gを加えた。続いて、無水フッ化水素酸300gを加え、130℃で2時間加熱し、余剰な溶媒や反応副生成物を留去させた。その後、室温まで冷却してジフルオロリン酸リチウムの結晶25gを得た。さらに、実施例1と同様にして、アニオン分析を行ったところ、得られたジフルオロリン酸リチウム結晶の純度は相対面積で89%であった。
<フルオロリン酸の調製>
HF100gを内容積1LのPFAボトルに分取して攪拌しながら10℃まで冷却を行い、284gのP2O5を少量ずつゆっくりと添加した。冷却はP2O5の添加が終了するまでの間、1時間行った。さらに、添加したP2O5を完溶させるために、得られた混合溶液を、窒素雰囲気下で攪拌しながら80℃にて5時間加温した。これにより、フルオロリン酸溶液367gを得た。
上記フルオロリン酸溶液135gを内容積1LのPFA容器に量り取り、これに六フッ化リン酸リチウム105gを窒素雰囲気下で添加した。六フッ化リン酸リチウムの添加時のフルオロリン酸溶液の液温は、30℃とした。その後、窒素気流下で130℃、20時間の条件で加熱乾燥し、濃縮乾固を行った。これにより、白色結晶72.3gを得た。
<フルオロリン酸の調製>
HF100gを内容積1LのPFAボトルに分取して攪拌しながら20℃まで冷却を行い、284gのP2O5を少量ずつゆっくりと添加した。冷却はP2O5の添加が終了するまでの間、1時間行った。さらに、添加したP2O5を完溶させるために、得られた混合溶液を、窒素雰囲気下で攪拌しながら80℃にて5時間加温した。これにより、フルオロリン酸溶液362gを得た。
上記フルオロリン酸溶液136gを内容積1LのPFA容器に量り取り、これに六フッ化リン酸リチウム106gを窒素雰囲気下で添加した。六フッ化リン酸リチウムの添加時のフルオロリン酸溶液の液温は、30℃とした。その後、窒素気流下で130℃、20時間の条件で加熱乾燥し、濃縮乾固を行った。これにより、白色結晶72.4gを得た。
Claims (5)
- 有機溶媒を含まない無水フッ化水素酸と、リンのオキソ酸、オキソ酸無水物及びオキシハロゲン化物からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種とを反応させてフルオロリン酸溶液を生成させる工程と、
アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、アルミニウム若しくはオニウムのハロゲン化物、炭酸塩、ホウ酸塩、リン酸塩、水酸化物又は酸化物の少なくとも何れかの不存在下で、前記フルオロリン酸溶液に六フッ化リン酸塩を添加することにより、当該フルオロリン酸溶液中にジフルオロリン酸塩を生成させる工程と、
前記ジフルオロリン酸塩を含むフルオロリン酸溶液を加熱乾燥して、フルオロリン酸を留去する工程、又は 晶析によりフルオロリン酸溶液中にジフルオロリン酸塩を析出させた後、当該ジフルオロリン酸塩を固液分離し、さらに固液分離後のジフルオロリン酸塩に含まれるフルオロリン酸を留去する工程のいずれかとを含むジフルオロリン酸塩の製造方法。 - 前記フルオロリン酸溶液を生成させる工程は、前記リンのオキソ酸、オキソ酸無水物及びオキシハロゲン化物からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種と、前記無水フッ化水素酸とを、−40℃〜10℃の範囲内に冷却しながら混合させる請求項1に記載のジフルオロリン酸塩の製造方法。
- 前記フルオロリン酸溶液中にジフルオロリン酸塩を生成させる工程は、前記フルオロリン酸溶液に前記六フッ化リン酸塩を添加する際に、当該フルオロリン酸溶液を−40℃〜100℃の範囲内に保持して行う請求項1又は2に記載のジフルオロリン酸塩の製造方法。
- 前記固液分離後のフルオロリン酸溶液中に、六フッ化リン酸塩、又は六フッ化リン酸塩およびフルオロリン酸を添加した後、加熱乾燥して余剰なフルオロリン酸を留去する工程、又は前記ジフルオロリン酸塩を含むフルオロリン酸を晶析することにより析出させた析出物を固液分離し、さらに前記析出物に含まれるフルオロリン酸を留去する工程のいずれかを繰り返す請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のジフルオロリン酸塩の製造方法。
- 前記六フッ化リン酸塩が六フッ化リン酸リチウムである請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載にジフルオロリン酸塩の製造方法。
