Claims (21)

  1. 皮膚組織の制御された凍結のための皮膚処置装置であって、
    前記皮膚処置装置の取り扱い及び位置決定を容易にするように構成されたハンドルと、
    皮膚組織の表面に接触するように構成された、非侵襲冷却接触表面を有する冷却プレートと、
    前記冷却プレートと熱的に連通し、前記冷却接触表面を−5から−20℃の温度に冷却して、前記皮膚の表面と前記冷却接触表面との接触が2分未満で、前記皮膚組織の凍結を局所的に制御するように、前記皮膚組織から制御された熱除去を提供するように構成された冷却構成部と、を含む、皮膚処置装置。
  2. 前記冷却接触表面と前記皮膚組織の前記表面との間の接触の間に、前記皮膚組織の局所的な凍結の開始を検出するように構成された凍結検出センサをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の皮膚処置装置。
  3. 前記凍結検出センサが、少なくとも1つの光学センサ、温度センサ、電気的インピーダンスセンサ、または機械的センサを含む、請求項2に記載の皮膚処置装置。
  4. 前記皮膚組織の前記局所的な凍結の開始からの経過時間を監視するように構成されたタイミング構成部をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の皮膚処置装置。
  5. 前記タイミング構成部が、(1)組織の前記局所的な凍結の開始、及び(2)前記冷却接触表面をいつ前記皮膚組織の表面から除去すべきか、の少なくとも1つを示す警告を出力するように構成された、請求項4に記載の皮膚処置装置。
  6. 前記冷却構成部及び前記凍結検出センサと通信するフィードバックシステムをさらに含み、前記フィードバックシステムが、局所的に凍結された前記皮膚組織の過剰な冷却を防ぐために、前記皮膚組織の局所的な凍結の開始の検出に基づいて、前記冷却構成部にフィードバック信号を発生するように構成された、請求項2に記載の皮膚処置装置。
  7. 処置時間経過後に、前記皮膚組織を温めるように構成された加熱構成部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の皮膚処置装置。
  8. 前記皮膚処置装置が、皮膚の色素沈着減少処置装置を含み、前記皮膚処置装置のパラメータが、前記皮膚組織の局所的に制御された凍結及び前記皮膚組織の色素沈着減少反応を提供するように構成された、請求項1に記載の皮膚処置装置。
  9. 前記冷却構成部がペルチェ装置を含む、請求項1に記載の皮膚処置装置。
  10. 処置の間に、前記ペルチェ装置に提供される電力を変更するように構成された熱制御構成部をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の皮膚処置装置。
  11. 温度センサをさらに含み、前記熱制御構成部が、前記温度センサによって提供される信号に基づいて前記ペルチェ装置に提供される電力を減少させまたは増加させるように構成された、請求項10に記載の皮膚処置装置。
  12. 前記熱制御構成部が前記温度センサによって提供された信号に基づいて前記ペルチェ装置の電源をオフにするように構成された、請求項11に記載の皮膚処置装置。
  13. 温度センサをさらに含み、前記熱制御構成部が、前記温度センサによって提供される信号に基づいて前記ペルチェ装置に提供される電力のデューティサイクルパラメータを変更するように構成された、請求項10に記載の皮膚処置装置。
  14. 前記冷却接触表面の幅が20cm未満である、請求項1に記載の皮膚処置装置。
  15. 前記冷却接触表面の幅が3cmより大きい、請求項14に記載の皮膚処置装置。
  16. 前記冷却接触表面が、前記皮膚組織の熱拡散率よりも少なくとも10倍大きな熱拡散率を有する材料を含む、請求項1に記載の皮膚処置装置。
  17. 前記皮膚処置装置が、皮膚の損傷を防止しつつ、前記皮膚組織の局所的に制御された凍結を提供するように構成された、請求項1に記載の皮膚処置装置。
  18. 前記皮膚処置装置が、前記皮膚組織を、少なくとも前記皮膚組織の基底部の深さまで凍結する、前記皮膚組織の局所的に制御された凍結を提供するように構成された、請求項1に記載の皮膚処置装置。
  19. 前記皮膚処置装置が、前記皮膚組織を、少なくとも前記皮膚組織の真皮・上皮接合部の深さまで凍結する、前記皮膚組織の局所的に制御された凍結を提供するように構成された、請求項18に記載の皮膚処置装置。
  20. 前記冷却接触表面が直線状の縁を有する、請求項1に記載の皮膚処置装置。
  21. 前記冷却接触表面が、凸面または凹面を含む、請求項1に記載の皮膚処置装置。
