Claims (19)
- 皮膚組織の凍結のための皮膚処置装置であって、
前記皮膚処置装置の取り扱い及び位置決定を容易にするように構成されたハンドルと、
皮膚組織の表面に接触するように構成された、前記皮膚処置装置の処置領域を画定する非侵襲冷却部と、を含み、
冷却部の接触領域の密度が、前記冷却部の処置領域の中央に近い領域で、前記冷却部の処置領域の外縁部領域よりも大きい、皮膚処置装置。 - 前記冷却部が複数の突起部を含み、各突起部の遠位端の幅が、2mmから20mmの間である、請求項1に記載の皮膚処置装置。
- 前記複数の突起部の密度が、前記冷却部の前記中央に近い領域から前記冷却部の前記外縁部領域に向かうにつれて減少する、請求項2に記載の皮膚処置装置。
- 前記複数の突起部の遠位端の大きさが、前記冷却部の前記中央に近い領域から前記冷却部の前記外縁部領域に向かうにつれて減少する、請求項2に記載の皮膚処置装置。

- 処置時間経過後に、前記皮膚組織を温めるように構成された加熱構成部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の皮膚処置装置。
- 前記皮膚処置装置が、皮膚の色素沈着減少処置装置を含む、請求項1に記載の皮膚処置装置。
- 前記冷却構成部がペルチェ装置を含む、請求項6に記載の皮膚処置装置。
- 処置の間に、前記ペルチェ装置に提供される電力を変更するように構成された熱制御構成部をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の皮膚処置装置。
- 温度センサをさらに含み、前記熱制御構成部が、前記温度センサによって提供される信号に基づいて前記ペルチェ装置に提供される電力を減少させまたは増加させるように構成された、請求項15に記載の皮膚処置装置。
- 前記熱制御構成部が前記温度センサによって提供された信号に基づいて前記ペルチェ装置の電源をオフにするように構成された、請求項16に記載の皮膚処置装置。
- 温度センサをさらに含み、前記熱制御構成部が、前記温度センサによって提供される信号に基づいて前記ペルチェ装置に提供される電力のデューティサイクルパラメータを変更するように構成された、請求項15に記載の皮膚処置装置。
- 前記冷却部が、前記皮膚組織の熱拡散率よりも少なくとも10倍大きな熱拡散率を有する材料を含む、請求項1に記載の皮膚処置装置。
