- 複数のエネルギー発生機を電源に組み込むことを更に含み、各発生機は、所定の方向の振動エネルギーを取り入れるように配向される、請求項87に記載の方法。

制御回路と、約80℃〜約210℃の温度範囲内の温度で作動するように構成される高温で再充電可能なエネルギー貯蔵体とに連結されるエネルギー源を備える電源を含む工具を選択することであって、エネルギー源は、電池、電気エネルギーの外部供給に対する接続、およびダウンホール工具によって経験されるエネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換するように構成される発生機、エネルギー源からの電気エネルギーを受け取ってエネルギー貯蔵体において電気エネルギーを貯蔵するための制御回路の少なくとも1つを含む、こと;ならびに
電源からの電力を、ダウンホール工具を備える負荷に供給すること
