Claims (18)
- 二次電池セルの表面に取り付けられて二次電池セルの動きを感知する第1センサと、二次電池パックハウジングの内壁に取り付けられて二次電池パックハウジングの動きを感知する第2センサと、を含むセンサ部;
前記第1センサで測定された第1測定値と前記第2センサで測定された第2測定値との差に対する閾値を保存するメモリ部;及び
前記第1測定値と前記第2測定値との差値を算出して前記メモリ部に保存された閾値と比較し、差値が閾値より大きい場合、二次電池セルの動作を遮断する制御部;を含むことを特徴とする二次電池の安全性向上装置。 - 前記第1センサと前記第2センサが、地磁気センサであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池の安全性向上装置。
- 前記第1センサと前記第2センサが、地磁気との角度を測定するセンサの方向軸が1つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池の安全性向上装置。
- 前記第1センサの内部軸と前記第2センサの内部軸とが一致することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池の安全性向上装置。
- 前記第1センサと前記第2センサが、加速度センサであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池の安全性向上装置。
- 前記加速度センサが、慣性型、振子型、または振動型であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池の安全性向上装置。
- 前記慣性型加速度センサが、圧電素子を用いた加速度センサであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池の安全性向上装置。
- 前記センサ部の第1センサと前記第2センサが、ジャイロセンサであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池の安全性向上装置。
- 前記差値が前記閾値より大きい場合、ユーザに二次電池の異常を警告する警告部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項8のうちいずれか1項に記載の二次電池の安全性向上装置。
- (a)二次電池セルの表面に取り付けられて二次電池セルの動きを感知する第1センサで測定された第1測定値と、二次電池パックハウジングの内壁に取り付けられて二次電池パックハウジングの動きを感知する第2センサで測定された第2測定値との差に対する閾値をメモリ部に保存する段階;
(b)前記第1センサで測定された第1測定値を保存する段階;
(c)前記第2センサで測定された第2測定値を保存する段階;
(d)前記第1測定値と第2測定値との差値を算出する段階;及び
(e)前記算出された差値が前記メモリ部に保存された閾値より大きい場合、二次電池セルの動作を遮断する段階;を含むことを特徴とする二次電池の安全性向上方法。 - 前記第1センサと前記第2センサが、地磁気センサであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の二次電池の安全性向上方法。
- 前記第1センサと前記第2センサが、地磁気との角度を測定するセンサの方向軸が1つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の二次電池の安全性向上方法。
- 前記第1センサの内部軸と前記第2センサの内部軸とが一致することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の二次電池の安全性向上方法。
- 前記第1センサと前記第2センサが、加速度センサであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の二次電池の安全性向上方法。
- 前記加速度センサが、慣性型、振子型、または振動型であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の二次電池の安全性向上方法。
- 前記慣性型加速度センサが、圧電素子を用いた加速度センサであることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の二次電池の安全性向上方法。
- 前記第1センサと前記第2センサが、ジャイロセンサであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の二次電池の安全性向上方法。
- 前記差値が前記閾値より大きい場合、ユーザに二次電池の異常を警告する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項10ないし請求項17のうちいずれか1項に記載の二次電池の安全性向上方法。
