Claims (6)

- 前記サブマイクロメートル粒子が、前記高分子マトリックスに共有結合されている、請求項1に記載の材料。
- 物品の製造方法であって、
高分子前駆体マトリックス中に分散したサブマイクロメートル粒子を含む層を提供することと、
前記層の乾燥又は硬化のうちの少なくとも1つを行うことと、
適用可能な場合、前記乾燥又は硬化された層をエッチングして、請求項3に記載の物品を提供することと、
