Abstract
Description
(I)少なくとも一つの基材と硬質イソシアネート系ポリマー反応性配合物の混合物とを接触する段階:
(A)Aサイド
(i)有機イソシアネートを含む前記Aサイドと、(B)Bサイド:
(ii)イソシアネート反応性成分、
(iii)発泡剤、及び
(iv)触媒、核化剤、界面活性剤、架橋剤、連鎖延長剤、難燃剤、充填剤、着色剤、顔料、帯電防止剤、強化繊維、酸化防止剤、防腐剤、赤外線遮断剤、又は酸捕捉剤から選択される一又は複数の追加成分を含む前記Bサイドと、
並びに
(C)3〜7部のカーボンブラックは、(v)少なくとも10/90のフッ素対炭素(F/C)モル比を有するフッ素化カーボンブラックは50〜100質量%であり、ここで質量部は前記Bサイド成分(B)の質量に基づき及び成分(C)はその全体が前記Aサイド(A)にあるか、その全体が前記Bサイド(B)にあるか又はその一部が前記Aサイドに及びその一部が前記Bサイドにあるか、のいずれかが可能であることを含む(C)前記カーボンブラックと、を含んでなる前記硬質イソシアネート系ポリマー反応性配合物の混合物。
(II)前記反応性配合物が硬化し、少なくとも1つの基材に接触する硬質イソシアネート系ポリマーフォームを形成し、硬質イソシアネート系ポリマーフォームを含む複合材を形成する十分な条件に前記得られた反応性配合物を供する段階、を含む、複合材を製造する工程。
Claims (8)
- (A)(i)有機イソシアネートを含むAサイドと、
(B)(ii)イソシアネート反応性成分、
(iii)発泡剤、
及び
(iv)触媒、核化剤、界面活性剤、架橋剤、連鎖延長剤、難燃剤、充填剤、着色剤、顔料、帯電防止剤、強化繊維、酸化防止剤、防腐剤、赤外線遮断剤、又は酸捕捉剤から選択される一又は複数の追加成分を含むBサイドと、
(C)(v)少なくとも10/90のフッ素対炭素(F/C)モル比を有するフッ素化カーボンブラック50〜100質量%を含む3〜7部のカーボンブラックとを含む混合物であって、ここで質量部は前記Bサイド成分(B)の質量に基づいており、成分(C)はその全体が前記Aサイド(A)にあるか、その全体が前記Bサイド(B)にあるか、又はその一部が前記Aサイドに及びその一部が前記Bサイドにあるか、のいずれかであってよい混合物を含んでなる反応性配合物から作製される硬質イソシアネート系ポリマーフォームに接する少なくとも一つの基材を含む複合材。 - 前記有機イソシアネートが、2,4−トルエンジイソシアネート(TDI)、2,6−トルエンジイソシアネート、若しくはそれらの混合物;2,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)、2,2’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、若しくはそれらの混合物;「未精製」又はポリメリックMDIとして当該技術分野で既知の2を超えるイソシアネート官能価を有するジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート及びそのオリゴマーの混合物;又はウレタン、アロファネート、尿素、ビウレット、カルボジイミド、ウレトンイミン及び/若しくはイソシアヌレート基を含むMDIである、請求項1に記載の複合材。
- 前記イソシアネート反応性成分が2〜8の官能価及び100〜850のヒドロキシル価を有するポリエーテルポリオールである、請求項1に記載の複合材。
- 前記発泡剤が物理発泡剤、化学発泡剤、又はそれらの混合物である、請求項1に記載の複合材。
- 前記カーボンブラック成分(C)が100%フッ素化カーボンブラック(v)である、請求項1に記載の複合材。
- 前記フッ素化カーボンブラックが5nm〜500nmの平均粒径を有する、請求項1に記載の複合材。
- 前記フォームが、前記フォームのk因子が前記フッ素化カーボンブラックを除外した以外は同じフォーム形成性組成物から調製される対応フォームのk因子を少なくとも0.2mW/mK下回るような、ISO 12939−01に従って決定されるk因子を有する、請求項1に記載の複合材。
- 複合材を製造する方法であって:
(I)少なくとも一つの基材と硬質イソシアネート系ポリマー反応性配合物の混合物とを接触させる工程であって、硬質イソシアネート系ポリマー反応性配合物の混合物が、
(A)(i)有機イソシアネートを含むAサイドと、
(B)(ii)イソシアネート反応性成分、
(iii)発泡剤、
及び
(iv)触媒、核化剤、界面活性剤、架橋剤、鎖延長剤、難燃剤、充填剤、着色剤、顔料剤、帯電防止剤、強化繊維、酸化防止剤、防腐剤、赤外線遮断剤、又は酸捕捉剤から選択される一又は複数の追加成分を含むBサイドと、
(C)(v)少なくとも10/90のフッ素対炭素(F/C)モル比を有するフッ素化カーボンブラック50〜100質量%を含む3〜7部のカーボンブラックとを含み、ここで質量部は前記Bサイド成分(B)の質量に基づいており、成分(C)はその全体が前記Aサイド(A)にあるか、その全体が前記Bサイド(B)にあるか、又はその一部が前記Aサイドに及びその一部が前記Bサイドにあるか、のいずれかであってよい、工程と、
(II)前記反応性配合物が硬化し、少なくとも1つの基材に接触する硬質イソシアネート系ポリマーフォームを形成し、硬質イソシアネート系ポリマーフォームを含む複合材を形成するのに十分な条件に前記得られた反応性配合物を供する工程と、を含む、複合材を製造する方法。
