Description
(I)形成工程であって、
(A)(i)有機イソシアネートを含むA側成分と、
(B)(ii)イソシアネート反応成分、
(iii)発泡剤、及び
(iv)触媒、核生成剤、界面活性剤、架橋剤、鎖延長剤、難燃剤、充填材、
着色剤、顔料、帯電防止剤、補強繊維、酸化防止剤、保存剤、
赤外線阻止剤、又は酸スカベンジャーの中から選択される1種又は
複数種の追加成分
を含むB側成分と、
(C)3〜7部のカーボンブラック成分であって、
(v)炭素に対するフッ素のモル比(F/C)が少なくとも10/90である
フッ素化カーボンブラックを50〜100重量%含み、ここで、部は、
B側成分(B)の重量に基づいた重量部であり、また、該成分(C)は、
そのすべてがA側成分(A)にあっても、B側成分(B)にあっても、
一部がA側成分にあり一部がB側成分にあってもよい、
前記カーボンブラック成分と、
を形成する工程;
(II)反応配合物を形成するために、前記A側成分(A)と前記B側成分(B)を共に混合する工程であって、前記A側成分(A)及び前記B側成分(B)の一方又は両方が前記成分(C)を含む、前記混合する工程;並びに
(III)断熱特性が改善された硬質イソシアネート系ポリマー発泡体を形成するために、得られた前記反応配合物を、該反応配合物が硬化するのに十分な条件下に曝す工程
の各工程によって、断熱特性が改善された硬質イソシアネート系ポリマー発泡体を製造する方法である。
OH価=ヒドロキシル価
PO系=オキシプロピレンポリエーテルポリオール
FCB=フッ素化カーボンブラック
F/C=炭素に対するフッ素のモル比
CB=未処理(すなわち未フッ化)カーボンブラック
Claims (8)
- 改善された断熱特性を有する硬質イソシアネート系ポリマー発泡体であって、
(A)(i)有機イソシアネートを含むA側成分と、
(B)B側成分であって、
(ii)イソシアネート反応成分、
(iii)発泡剤、及び
(iv)触媒、核生成剤、界面活性剤、架橋剤、鎖延長剤、難燃剤、充填材、
着色剤、顔料、帯電防止剤、補強繊維、酸化防止剤、保存剤、
赤外線阻止剤、又は酸スカベンジャーの中から選択される1種又は複数種
の追加成分
を含む、前記B側成分と、
(C)3〜7部のカーボンブラック成分であって、
(v)炭素に対するフッ素のモル比(F/C)が少なくとも10/90である
フッ素化カーボンブラックを50〜100重量%含み、ここで、部は、
B側成分(B)の100重量部に基づいた重量部であり、また、該成分
(C)は、そのすべてがA側成分(A)にあっても、B側成分(B)に
あっても、一部がA側成分にあり一部がB側成分にあってもよい、
前記カーボンブラック成分と、
の混合物を含む反応配合物から製造された、前記硬質イソシアネート系ポリマー発泡体。 - 前記有機イソシアネートが、2,4−トルエンジイソシアネート(TDI)、2,6−トルエンジイソシアネート、又はこれらの混合物; 2,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)、2,2’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、又はこれらの混合物; 2個より多いイソシアネート官能基を有し、粗MDI又は高分子のMDIとして当技術分野で知られている、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートとそのオリゴマーの混合物; 又は、ウレタン基、アロファネート基、尿素基、ビウレット基、カルボジイミド基、ウレトニミン基、及び/又はイソシアネート基を含むMDIである、請求項1に記載の硬質イソシアネート系ポリマー発泡体。
- 前記イソシアネート反応成分が、2〜8個の官能基と100〜850のヒドロキシル価を有するポリエーテルポリオールである、請求項1に記載の硬質イソシアネート系ポリマー発泡体。
- 前記発泡剤が、物理発泡剤、化学発泡剤、又はこれらの組み合わせである、請求項1に記載の硬質イソシアネート系ポリマー発泡体。
- 前記カーボンブラック成分(C)が、100%フッ素化されたカーボンブラック(v)である、請求項1に記載の硬質イソシアネート系ポリマー発泡体。
- 前記フッ素化カーボンブラックの平均粒径が5nm〜500nmである、請求項1に記載の硬質イソシアネート系ポリマー発泡体。
- 前記発泡体は、ISO 12939−01に従って求めた発泡体のk−ファクターが、フッ素化カーボンブラックを省いたこと以外は同じ発泡体形成組成物から調製された対応する発泡体のk−ファクターよりも、少なくとも0.2mW/mK小さい、請求項1に記載の硬質イソシアネート系ポリマー発泡体。
- 改善された断熱特性を有する硬質イソシアネート系ポリマー発泡体の製造方法であって、
(I)形成工程であって、
(A)(i)有機イソシアネートを含むA側成分と、
(B)(ii)イソシアネート反応成分、
(iii)発泡剤、及び
(iv)触媒、核生成剤、界面活性剤、架橋剤、鎖延長剤、難燃剤、充填材、
着色剤、顔料、帯電防止剤、補強繊維、酸化防止剤、保存剤、
赤外線阻止剤、又は酸スカベンジャーの中から選択される1種又は
複数種の追加成分
を含むB側成分と、
(C)3〜7部のカーボンブラック成分であって、
(v)炭素に対するフッ素のモル比(F/C)が少なくとも10/90である
フッ素化カーボンブラックを50〜100重量%含み、ここで、部は、
B側成分(B)の100重量部に基づいた重量部であり、また、該成分
(C)は、そのすべてがA側成分(A)にあっても、B側成分(B)に
あっても、一部がA側成分にあり一部がB側成分にあってもよい、
前記カーボンブラック成分と、
を形成する工程;
(II)反応配合物を形成するために、前記A側成分(A)と前記B側成分(B)を共に混合する工程であって、前記A側成分(A)及び前記B側成分(B)の一方又は両方が前記成分(C)を含む、前記混合する工程; 並びに
(III)断熱特性が改善された硬質イソシアネート系ポリマー発泡体を形成するために、得られた前記反応配合物を、該反応配合物が硬化するのに十分な条件下に曝す工程
の各工程によって製造する、前記製造方法。
