Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の実施形態による曲面ディスプレイパネル製造方法は、互いに向き合う第1基板と第2基板を含む平面形態のディスプレイパネルを利用して所望の曲面形態の曲面ディスプレイパネルを製造する方法であって、前記第1基板と前記第2基板の厚さが予め設定された厚さに減少するように外側の少なくとも一部をそれぞれ削り出す段階、前記第1基板と前記第2基板の削り出された外側面のうちの一つ以上に偏光板を付着する段階、および前記削り出された部分が満たされるように前記偏光板の外側面に形成される光学性透明接着剤層を利用して前記所望の曲面形態と同一な形態を有する光透過性の補強プレートを前記ディスプレイパネルに付着する段階、を含む。

Claims (2)
- 互いに向き合う第1基板と第2基板を含む平面形態のディスプレイパネルを利用して所望の曲面形態の曲面ディスプレイパネルを製造する曲面ディスプレイパネル製造方法であって、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板の厚さが予め設定された厚さに減少するように外側の少なくとも一部をそれぞれ削り出す段階、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板の削り出された外側面のうちの一つ以上に偏光板を付着する段階、および、
前記削り出された部分が満たされるように前記偏光板の外側面に形成される光学性透明接着剤層を利用して前記所望の曲面形態と同一な形態を有する光透過性の補強プレートを前記ディスプレイパネルに付着する段階、を含む、曲面ディスプレイパネル製造方法。 - 前記第1基板と前記第2基板の角部を取り囲む保護枠を形成する段階をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の曲面ディスプレイパネル製造方法。
